   We arrived at our hotel on this day and thought scoring a reservation right at the property would be great! Arrived with our party of 7 only to find the staff had no idea they are even on the opentable platform and they had no interest in honoring our reservation. Rude. Apathetic. When I showed him the app, another guest decided I was the one being rude…I mean she got her cappuccino to go and didn’t really care about my hungry family. This place was a nightmare! It should not be on opentable and I am passing it every day this week and I’ll keep going because the ignorance of the staff was so profoundly offensive.
