    reserved for a birthday, no acknowledgement, was kind of seated very close to another party, hard to get in and out of area, took a long time to receive bill due to gift card and promotion issues, otw our server was awesome

    Rather disappointed. I enjoy a Texas de Brazil whenever traveling. This was sub par. The meat servers were few and far between. Our server was mediocre.

    We were really displeased. The food was terrible, even down to the dessert. The only thing we enjoyed was our nice waitress.

    The food is amazing, both the salad bar and the meats. The variety is unbelievable. While waiting for the last person in our party to park the car, we had to get their attention to be seated. The service at the table was impressive.

    The food selection was good and it’s a nice clean and casual restaurant. I’m a little disappointed that my request for a lit candle on my husband’s birthday dessert was not delivered. We love eating at fine restaurants and this was the most expensive experience for a meal for two.

    This was my first time being to this restaurant, and it was amazing! I'm a very particular person when it comes to restaurants; just because you have a name brand and are expensive, does not mean your food will have quality. To say the least, it was astounding. Some of the food did seem as though it had been sitting out for quite a while (asparagus, prosciutto, etc.). Other than that, it was a very great first experience and hope to come back soon.

    I eat carnivore, so I decided to try this out. It's a little awkward at first because to start most people go to the salad (rice, veges, other) bar and fill up their plates. My family did this while I waited at the table. So it took a while for them to come around with meat. Then it was a wait again to get a little more. They also bring other food fillers to the table so I guess the usual expectation is that you're eating all this and not so much of the meat. As a carnivore, you can fill up, it's just a bit pokey waiting around for the cut you want and how it's cooked (rare-well). My expectation was more like it is in Brazil - lots of meat at all times to choose from. It seemed a bit expensive for what it was. It's a neat idea, but it didn't quite hit it for me.

    We arrived early and they seated us immediately . Everyone was very attentive. Our waitress brought our drinks and starters promptly. We have been there before and it’s always been good but this time it was actually perfect. I cannot think of one thing I would have wanted different. Also restrooms are always very clean which I very much expect and appreciate.

    We were there for an anniversary. Was very surprised at how motif was very nice but other patrons there were very casual, like T-shirts & shorts are acceptable. Salad bar was OK, not great & cannot speak to meat as did not have. Spouse had a Caipirinha which is national drink of Brazil & had it remade and still was marginal. We are comparing this to Rodizio's and just did not measure up. This is much closer to our home so thought would give it a try however, next time back to Rodizio. The bright spot was waitress who was attentive & was a pleaser. But for cost and expectations, just fell short.

    The meat tasted old. It was honestly difficult to eat. It tasted so bad, had to spit some of it out. We have eaten at many Brazilian steak houses and this was by far the worst.

    The A/C was non existent where we were seated and the wait staff was eager to clear away the table before we were ready to leave. Not the best visit I’ve had especially for the price tag.

    We definitely enjoyed our dinner. We just didn't care for the garlic beef (don't remember the cut) which was mainly fat, and the pork sausage, rather tough. Everything else was delicious, including the skirt steak, beef tenderloin, chicken (2 types), and lamb. The salad bar was exceptional! All service was excellent. The only problem was, our stomachs weren't big enough!

    I have been to many churrascarias in the US and in Brazil. Unfortunately this one was not great, at least on this night. For the price, I expect more. The good: A few of the meats were piping hot, nicely cooked to medium rare, and seasoned well. The caesar salad was good. The bad: Some of the meats were well done and tough (the garlic beef was almost inedible). All sides were delivered late to our table and they were all room temperature or cold. Of most concern, the cheese bread was not hot out of the oven and when I asked for some hot and fresh bread, the ones delivered were just slightly warmer (as if they had been microwaved briefly). Also, the dining room was hot and uncomfortable.

    This has become our favorite Restaurant in the area and last night was no exception. Food was very good and the Staff is excellent. We always try and get Tonya as our server and she really stands out. Love this place.

    Service was outstanding, salad/ everything bar was very diverse, and all good. Make sure you are very hungry when you go, and don’t be a vegan or you will be disappointed.

    The food was great, our server was great! My only issue would be to have they guys cutting the meat speak English. It was very hard to decide what was being served when the person does not speak English. We just had to try and figure it out for ourselves, or just taste things that we really don't eat. Other than that....GREAT JOB

    Food: I love Brazilian BBQ, so I keep giving this place a shot. I’ve been to several of their locations and have enjoyed them, unfortunately, with each visit, this location continues to get worse. The selection of cuts has gone from rack of lamb, to non-stop Parmesan chicken legs and poor quality sausage; even the picanha is flavorless. Service: Fallen off the charts. I walked over to the server station to get my own water. One of the gauchos managed to spray me with meat drippings while serving me a portion, while my dog may love me because I smell like burnt meat, I’m not too pleased with the upcoming dry cleaning bill I’ll have. This place has been a constant revolving door of managers.

    We have eaten at 15 locations across the U.S., and this one was the worst when it came to food quality. The meats were tougher and less seasoned than other locations. The beef rib was tasteless. Service was decent, but it couldn't salvage the experience.

    Service is incredibly slow, and they are getting closer to the cheap Brazilian steakhouses - chicken and sausage a lot more often than picanha, but the price is still high. On the salad bar, salmon was gone, as well as moqueca - and after 1/2 hour, the plates were still empty. Disappointing, to say the least.
