Hostess said that they haven’t been able to see opentable reservations for months, when we arrived. She, however, despite the number of people waiting, made arrangements for us to be seated in 10 min. The food took long to come, but when it came it was what we expected.

Horrible experience. Horrible service... messed up food. They don’t pay attention to tickets with allergies. Bill should have been minimal for all the trouble and it wasn’t... never going back.

We were sitting for 10-15 minutes without being acknowledged and it wasn't busy yet. Nobody came to our table to tell us they would be right either us so we left

I haven't been totm this TGI Friday in a several years. The last time, it wasn't a good experience. I gave them a try for my grandmother's birthday. Pros: food was good, price Cons: -Table was wobbly. -Ordered the Flaming Hurricane drink, it was missing an ingredient - the flame. Said they were out of augar cubes for the the flame. -The strawberry cheesecake tasted old and should really be called cheesecake with some sort of strawberry drizzle. -The waitress didn't have anyone sing Happy Birthday to my grandmother - even though I made a note in my reservation, it was a special event & I verbally told our waitress.

Did not have reservation until rebooted their computer. Reservation cancelled by restaurant while dining. Had to contact open table on my own to restore points
