The food and table service was excellent; however it was fairly crowded and very noisy. The main downside was having to wait over 20 minutes for a table that was booked and confirmed online earlier that morning.

Love it here, the view is amazing and the food is delicious.
Friendly staff. Only hard to get parking but worth the walk if you park a bit far.
Highly recommend it.

We were there for our anniversary lunch during midweek. We ordered some drinks and entrees but we had to ask for our mains as no one came back to take our order or clear our plates. Service was average for a mid week lunch when it wasn’t overly busy. Food overall was great but a little overpriced

We were looking forward to lunch at the Boatshed, however due to the cold weather were unable to stay. It was a cold day, the heaters weren't working and the blinds were not put down to protect diners - making for very unpleasant dining conditions. So we left.

Starting to really enjoy the Boatshed.Always getting the platter, but next time will have the Barra I think. Also had a couple of Mojito's which were made by Shira,so give her a wrap on a job well done.

The food was plentiful but average at best, looked like the oil in the deep fryer hadn't been changed for a while.
The waitress should have "hospitality" explained to her, the male staff were great.
It was freezing cold and all the heaters were broken.

Table was book six weeks in advance. Confirmed the day prior but no one knew we were coming when we arrived. Then our party of 15 was split over two tables ... and we were informed no tables are 15 were permitted. Yet there were two other groups with booking underway bigger then ours. They obviously got our booking In Error. No EFT cash facilities in the area and no split bills.
Food great, cocktails great and location superb but customer service and the amount of rules and regulations (not COVID related) and Sunday surcharge tarnished the event.

On a cold wet day all heating should be on. To be told that heaters don’t work is unacceptable. We went out with elderly and children, rather than cancelling our booking and expect the venue would have had heating on considering the seating is outside. It is a cost of business but would make your guests feel more comfortable.

It was absolutely fantastic. Food fresh and plentiful. Staff very obliging. Would definitely go again

One only complaint and I know weather was most unusual for October but your heaters apparently were not working and we all sat freezing even with jackets on which was not comfortable while eating. Heaters should be maintained and checked always in outdoor covered areas of restaurants so you are prepared

Four of us shared the seafood platter. Wow! Incredibly delicious and very generous quantity. Unusual for our (adult) sons not to get through a delicious meal.
Staff were great Beautiful outlook - we’ll be back!

This was our second time visiting your restaurant. This time we asked for grilled fish instead of frid in the sea food platter. Both my husband and I were very disappointed as the fish was so overdone it was dry and tough

Great location, fast & friendly service & fresh beautifully presented food. Good variety of food. Not just a seafood lovers restaurant. The menu covers all tastes. Loved the cocktails. A dessert bar with such Devine cakes. Atmosphere was very casual.
Planning to return again very soon.

Good beach views at our table. Snapper cooked perfectly, calimari delicious and tender. Wine selection a bit small for us but we found the riesling suited our food choices. Would definitely recommend but make sure you have a booking to get the best tables.

Was very disappointed with the service
I had to ask twice where our drinks were as we were almost finished our entree and they still hadnt arrived.
We had to ask for plates for our entree as we were sharing . Then we ordered prawns to share and didn’t get a bowl for shells or water to rinse our hands and had to ask. The fried fish and chips had more batter than fish. The dips and bread were perfect . We will be back because we have been a few times and never had this problem .

Seafood platter was quite tasty. Far too many chips. Oysters nice and scallops were excellent.

Prawns a bit tasteless, smaller tiger prawns are usually sweeter. Crab not very tasty. Fish good and calamari was very good. Overall presentation good. Price ok. Service ok, not particularly friendly. Wait staff need some training in interpersonal skills.

Coffee was delicious. View and location very nice.

We were a party of 3 adults and booked a table for 1.45pm (requesting an inside table) through the Open Table website for a Sunday lunch
Our inside table was set for 2 people, so we had to request a 3rd place setting. We ordered 2 shared entrees which we stated were entrees, expecting a reasonable time before our mains and side were served, however, all food arrived at the same time, which was disappointing. Albeit, the servings were generous and we enjoyed our choices, although our mains were barely warm upon finishing our shared entrees. Cost of above including 5 beers around $210.
The restaurant was extremely noisy and the entry filled with people ordering takeaway. Service was rushed.
Social distancing evident in the inside seating area but not so elsewhere in the restaurant.
We will avoid revisiting this restaurant for the foreseeable future.
