Not sure why you ask about the occasion if it's not acknowledged. With this being our 35th wedding anniversary I was extremely disappointed with our choice of restaurants. It was at least 30 minutes before we were asked for our order, we order drinks and dinner together because we weren't confident when he'd return. Then at least another 20-30 minutes before we got our drinks and one was missing. When we got our dinner one order was missing. The waiter came over and said, "oops", what crap is that. If the restaurant was packed or they looked under staffed I might understand, but that didn't appear to be the case. The did even come back to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. If I had known the only standard table for six was the table in the very back corner I would have done the high tops. I felt like out of sight out of mind. So disappointed.

Service was extremely slow. Slow to take order , slow to receive food , very slow to get check. It was over a 2 hour commitment . My burger was ok , partners food was not. Was delivered a drink we did not order but was taken off the bill. There was a baby crying at full volume. Now that baby had a set of lungs! There was a singer guitar player that while trying his very very best was unfortunately not that good or not gifted with much talent. I could barely recognize the songs he was trying to play. Over all a very bad dining experience . Would not return under any circumstance .

Our part of nine was seated on the patio. Jose was our server. He took our order and we did not see him again until we were finished eating. No napkins, no extra plates, no refills but of course the gratuity was included because we were a party of 9. If you are that busy, set a pitcher of water on the table with extra napkins and plates! Your service was awful!

We were at Brew Brothers 6 pm on a Friday. Not crowded and not too loud. Nice and relaxed atmosphere and we did not feel rushed.

Well I read the bad reviews and gave it a chance. Shouldn’t have. We had a reservation at 5:15pm. We were seated by 5:20 which was fine. Our waitress was very nice. We ordered right away because we were going to a concert at 7pm which was a 10 min walk from the restaurant. We ordered two burgers. It was just my husband and I. We waited and waited and around 6:10 the waitress told us they were bringing us a pretzel and our food was still going to be 10-15 mins. She told us if we waited the manager was willing to waive the bill. So we talked and said yes we would wait and if we were late to the concert it’d be ok. Well food came out at 6:35. We ate as fast as possible the food was actually good. Just took over and hour to get it. Then the waitress brought our bill for the full amount. Only reason we waited and decided to be late to the concert was because we had already waited that long and they were will to comp us for it. Which was only fair. Welp that didn’t happen. She brought out the bill for the full amount. We didn’t agree we paid and said F it. Well the exact same situation was happening w the couple next to us expect they asked why it wasn’t comped and the person said it would be but they needed to pay for their drinks. They were in a hurry as well so they left $20 to cover their drinks and started to walk out. Well the hostesses or whoever she was started yelling across the room in front of everyone if they left she would call security and that the $20 wasn’t even to cover their drinks. The guy said hurry up and bring my bill then I’m ready to go. By this time we had all been there going on 2 hrs. There was only 2 of them as well. It was a sh*tshow. I won’t be returning. Too bad cuz the food was good if you wanted to wait an hour and 1/2 for a burger.

There was a concert that night, and it was really busy, but we had plenty of time and one of our entrées was cold and the other one was burnt. The waitress was lovely and took care of us. The best she could.

This was a frustrating experience to say the least. Party of 6. We had a concert at 7 that we had planned to be at by 6 so we could buy merch, get drinks, etc. Sat for dinner at 4:25 pm. Drinks by 4:50. Ordered food (after begging to order) at 5:00. Messed up on drink orders. At 5:45 we asked about food. Server came back at 5:55 to say it’ll be 20 more minutes. Demanded a manager. Manager said 5 min, 10 at the most. Food arrived at 6:05. Manager gave us a free pretzel and 15% off. While that was nice, it wasn’t nearly enough. Needless to say we didn’t get merch, nor drinks before the concert. We were soooo frustrated. Never again. Ever. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
