Typical Brewhouse experience. Spent more time waiting for my drinks and bill with empty drinks and dishes on my table than it took for us to eat.

Lobsterfest was a real disappointment. Lobster tails were very small and overcooked. It took 40 minutes to receive our pre ordered dinners. It was not even hot. Sides were low end . Ceasar salad was watery. "Butter" was overseasoned brown oil...tasted awful. It took forever to receive the cocktail i ordered . Will not be back.

Love it here. Alex the manager is so amazing. Takes great pride in customer service and knowing her clients . She always makes sure we have good food, drinks and events !

Great location! Fries were very over salted ( I like salt) but these were not edible. Did not inform server as I was too full to eat them regardless.

I’m sorry to have to post this review. Unfortunately, the restaurant was unbearably hot and loud. The lighting was so dim that we had to take photos of the menu to be able to read it. Meals were ready at various times so some were near finishing while others had not been served. There were no plates or silverware and when we asked, a stack was put on the table for us to distribute…and there were not enough plates or forks and knives. There was no bottled water and the canned cider was warm. The food was mediocre at best. I actually couldn’t believe the poor quality of the entire experience.

The restaurant experience itself was great, and we really enjoyed our time there. We booked the Brew Bus for a concert, and that’s where things became frustrating. The driver of our original bus left the venue after dropping us off, and there was no clear communication about where to find him afterward. With numerous yellow school buses lined up, it was complete chaos trying to locate the correct bus. We were fortunate to find the second bus from our location, because that driver stayed at the event, but many others weren’t as lucky. The second bus ended up overcrowded leaving some passengers without a ride. I would recommend that Brew House ensure the bus company they hire requires drivers to remain at the venue for the duration of the event or, at the very least, provide much clearer communication about pickup locations and procedures after the concert. It would make the experience much smoother and far less stressful for customers.

They only had the upstairs open which was fine. There were 4 or 5 girls upstairs ( not sure tif they were all working) sat ourselves took 20 minutes just to place an order and then another 20 minutes after they took our plates to get our bill as some were talking to friends that were sitting on the couches in corner. Sorry won’t be back

We usually go to CBH Jensen Lakes for wings Wednesday. Always hit and miss on the wings. Sometimes the wings are large and cooked just right. Today they were small, dry and overcooked.
