Lobster bisque is amazing. Great service. Very timely. Perfect anniversary dinner.

OUr food was mediocre for the price- We were surprised that the Prime RIb was so tasteless since its their specialty. We found a hair in the tarimasu and the waitress said it was a thread and comped us for the dessert only. It really isnt worth the price, Bistro 71 out classed The Copper Kettel and was less money.

Copper Kettle more than met my expectations. My first trip there and it won't be my last. Our server was a pleasant, friendly lady who made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious. All four of us had prime rib and it was perfect. I was more than pleased with the variety of sides available. A very pleasing atmosphere to dine in and all four of us had quite an enjoyable evening.

All requirements were met and we enjoyed a lovely evening out for a special birthday. The food was delicious and service exceptional.

The food was amazing! We had a private room because we had a 3 month old and 7 year old. So we didn’t disturb others! Our waitress was very conscientious! Look forward to eating here often!!

Food was wonderful and service was excellent even though it was early afternoon.

They put the majority of the customers in one big open room that looked like a bar area. Very very plain. The rooms off of the big bar room were nice and cozy with some ambience.

Salad consisted of lettuce, carrots and a single cherry tomato. Baked potato was overcooked.

Food was amazing, I personally had a great time. Went out to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday. Look forward to returning

Had Region Executives in for a visit. Took them to Copper Kettle. There were six of us. They were very impressed. Previously, not sure they thought Chambersburg could produce a top notch restaurant. Now they're believers. If you want to impress someone - THE place to go eat.

Fabulous food, excellent service, and amazing overall!

Forget this place as far as Fine Dining experience. The female hostess is improperly dressed in mens white long sleeve dress shirt and black boots ridiculous! no decor on the walls. The prices are at $3 more off menu than what is on web site and the food quality is not worth the extra high price. Not going again and spending almost $100 for 3 people with no beverages included.

As good as I remember from years ago. Prime rib did not disappoint and staff was kind and attentive.

Booked a table for two after seeing many good reviews. I was hoping to have a nice reasonably upscale dinner with my better half. What we got was a poor to average experience.

Service was ok, food quality barely mediocre, food presentation was horrible.

Glass of house red wine was a $7 glass out of a $10 bottle. On a positive the old fashion bourbon drink was very good.

We both chose the prime rib after reading reviews and the menu description- we were both seriously disappointed. Hughe piece of meat with no flavor slapped on a cheap plate.

Atmosphere - if I was paying $15 a plate I would say the atmosphere was ok but when the average menu price per plate is closer to $30 I strongly disagree. I expected more and was disappointed.

Bottom line if you are looking for an overpriced dinner in a casual atmosphere this is your place. If you are looking for an upscale experience go somewhere else.

Service was awesome. Food was too expensive for the quality. I had a New York strip that had more fat and gristle than edible meat. And I ordered it medium and it was awful rare. Sent it back twice to get it done properly.

Several times now we have found this to be less than the "fine" dining it is purported to be. The food is good, for sure, but the overall "classiness" you might expect is lacking. In comparison to other similar establishments, it ranks only somewhere in the middle.

Food was good but the table they sat us at was not in a booth or in the restaurant area so we felt like we were sitting in the hallway. People were standing right next to our table and talking loud and one of them worked there. I thought it was rude. Paid too much for what the experience was...

We enjoyed everything we ordered and the waitress was amazing! The only thing I would want differently is less sauce on the Chicken Chesapeake. Other than that everything was perfect.

The evening was very nice. the server was very nice and attentive. She made suggestions and was knowledgeable. The food was excellent. Nice ambiance, however I would have preferred a table on Valentine's Day located away from a doorway. Not a very romantic setting, I am sure you understand. The restaurant wasn't packed , so we could have been accommodated. They should have put more thought into the holiday setting. I would recommend this restaurant because the pluses outweigh the minuses.

Meal was very good, however we missed the good rolls they used to serve. Nothing special about the rear dining area. No pictures on the walls or decorations of any kind.

We decided to come because of the Tripadvisor rating, and the prospect of great prime rib. Although the place was hardly occupied, the staff produced a wonderful meal of delicious rare, and medium-well cooked meat. Service was wonderful, and prices were very fair. The wine and beer prices were exceptionally reasonable. I pray that this pandemic subsides so these people can go back to the larger crowds that helped build their reputation.

First time there...fantastic food and desserts. Service was wonderful and not crammed at all. The prime rib was the best I've ever had!! Would highly recommend for a special evening.

I have been doing extra volunteering work and decide to reward myself with a relaxing, enjoyable dinner. The Copper Kettle provided such an evening. Brandy's service was the best along with her smiles and laughter. And topped off with great food. A perfect reward.

We really enjoyed our dinner last night, which was Veterans Day. We tried the snapper soup, which was very tasty and a nice option that you don't see on every menu out there. We also had the crab stuffed mushrooms, which were excellent. Both of us got prime rib with Greek salad as a side. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and delicious. I will say just a tiny bit over salted on the au jus, but I loved the presentation and the horseradish. My baked potato was a bit boring and served with butter and sour cream packets on the side. My husband's au gratin potatoes were really good. A few little notes, the service highlight was Billy, the assistant manager. He made our experience very good in the service department and we really enjoyed the opportunity to chat with him for a minute or two. Without him, service wouldn't have been as good. My salad came out with no dressing, which was quickly rectified, and we ordered tiramisu for dessert and got pumpkin cheesecake, but it smelled great so we ate it anyway, and we weren't disappointed. We will definitely be back because of the attention to detail and the freshness and quality of our meal. We are looking forward to our next visit.

First time and everything was awesome

wonderfull place for prime rib. Try to go every Wednesday for their prime rib special. My wife always gets the crab imperial ( she says to die for). Always ask for their server Duey. He's the best. He really cares about his customers. I will continue to come back every Wednesday for some time.

We had the prime rib dinner that was delicious!!! Cooked perfectly. We were seated right away and the hostess brought us silverware and water and said our waitress would be right over.................25 minutes later!!!!!!! Service was terrible!! Our reservation was at 6pm, when our dinners were FINALLY brought to our table..... it was going on 7pm!!!!!!!! We did have the crab dip with fried tortillas, it was not tasty at all! I absolutely love a good prime rib, but I’ll go somewhere else next time to get one!! Plus, the rugs were dirty going down the hallway, and we sat in a booth near the bar and that bar definitely needed an updated look🙁🙁
