Manager needs to train server about details of serving specific dishes. We didn’t get side dishes for our seafood shells. He disappeared and we had to go find him twice. Usually the service is very good. Food was as expected, delicious.

Went for Sunday Mothers Day Brunch Our order took a long time and was not correct when redone, the original french fries that were part of the order were cold and re-served that way. $25 for a sandwich and fries that was served late and with cold french fries. Our ice tea was not refilled and we had to ask tghe seating hostess for refills. Perhaps they need more wait staff This is not the first time for us at the Coldwater and we usually get great food and service.

Dinner was a DISASTER!!! After ordering an appetizer and our entree's, we sat at our table for 20-30 minutes before they brought us our dinner along "with" our appetizer also!! My dinner, Halibut, was "luke warm" and they forgot the garlic mashed potatoes I ordered as a side, which came 10 minutes later! My wife's dinner, Baby Back Ribs, were cold and she had to send it back to the kitchen to be heated in a microwave, which took 15 minutes instead of only 3 or 4 minutes, and guess what, they forgot her garlic mashed potatoes too!! She insisted that I eat my meal before it became cold too. Our waitress never came over to offer me more ice tea when my glass was empty, so I finally flagged her down and got a refill. Lastly, because my wife's ribs were overflowing with bbq sauce once they arrived, my wife asked for more napkins since we only received one each when we sat down, and never received them until we were done and anxious to leave. They tried to comp us with dessert, but we refused, so they just removed the cost of the ribs and we were on our way. The sad part is, it was our 56th Wedding Anniversary, and after two Fantastic days at the lodge and fun in town, this really ruined our last night there. We LOVE the lodge, but will never eat there again, too many good restaurants in town.

Food was great. Service was rough, seated for 20 min before anyone came to ask for drink order. Long wait for drinks order only to be told they were out of the beer my husband ordered. Once that was all resolved the food came in a reasonable time and was very good.
