Opened in 2016, Fork + Flask offers guests a chance to taste their way through a menu that offers a unique twist on classic dishes and sharing craft cocktails—but done right, with no bullshit. Our staff invites all walks of life to enjoy commonly known—yet well crafted—cuisines and cocktails, while enjoying good company.
We offer guests a social house supporting them through unpretentious food and cocktails with a passionate, professional and consistent team. We take an artisanal approach to what’s on the fork and what’s in the flask by sourcing locally-caught and cultivated ingredients, as well as hosting an expansive list of small batch spirits, fun cocktails, craft beers and unique wines that are presented simply and creatively.

Without a doubt, one of THE best meals I've had ever. The wings are out of this world, goat cheese tartes were amazing, and the burger and duck breast entre were so incredible!!! 100% will be returning and would recommend.

We went for the Sunday night crab cake dinner special, which is a great value. I enjoyed the French 75 cocktail. The crab cakes were ok, but the fries were extremely dry, overdone and crunchy, more like potato chips. The limited staff was friendly and professional.

We have a place in OCMD and ventured out to try a new restaurant and could not have been more satisfied! Best scallops meal ever (and I order scallops everywhere), yummy drinks, great service and loved the ambiance. Would definitely recommend!

First time there! Every person I know has recommended it!!!! By far the Crab Balls for appetizers were by far the best crab ball\crab cake type dish Ive ever had in Delaware. I live there part time the last few years. 6 came with the order, so soft and good, the mustard on top was a hit!!!! The Fried Chicken was awesome and the honey syrup in the skin was so good. 3 nice pieces. My wife had the Filet and loved it. It was off season but very quiet and personable. Our bartender (Rachel?) was personable nice and certainly will go back again!!!!!!

Appetizers were very good (brussel sprouts and bisque soup) and desserts were very good (caramel pecan pie and pumpkin pie) but the main turkey was cold. Thankfully there was gravy to pour on it to heat it up. Service was ok. When we asked for butter for the mashed potatoes, that seemed like a big deal for them to obtain so by the time we got the butter, the potatoes were cold.

Great Thanksgiving Dinner under strict COVID rules. Food was delicious and enjoyed our leftovers as well. Nice ambiance with friendly and professional staff. Was told the menu changes with the seasons to take advantage of local in-season produce. Looking forward to dining there again.

Small place with some amazing food and drinks. Had the steak that was cooked very well and had great flavor, another person in our party had the crab cakes that were excellent. Paul was very attentive and even helped with a special request and was very knowledgeable of the drinks and the menu. Will be back for sure.

Fried chicken had a nice crunch but the meat was dry. Mac and cheese tasted processed, not made from scratch. Corn muffins were dry; maybe in the freezer too long. Nice staff and good drinks.

This is an amazing gem. A beautiful small restuarant that is following all Covid safety rules while still serving up an amazing experience. This food was some of the best I have had. This chef is skilled and season's his food to perfection. From the Gouda mac and cheese to truffle potatoes we were hooked. Fresh ingredients and the scallops and salmon were perfection. You must try the crab balls! Don't forget to get a tasty cocktail too. Keep up the good work.

The food was ok, however the menu seemed a little overpriced. The location is easy to miss as it does not face towards the main highway. If you miss the first turn it takes about 5 minutes to make the u turns to get back.

Fork and Flask is one of our favorite restaurants in Rehoboth. Chef Sean is awesome. We were worried about eating inside as this was only our third time eating in a restaurant since the Covid pandemic hit and I have to say we were nicely spaced out and felt comfortable so thank you F & F for doing that!

Our drinks, starters, entrees and dessert were great and our server Mara was probably the best server we have ever had! She was super nice, informative, delightful and attentive! Our drinks, delicious, the Octopus and fresh beets starters were yummy then followed by scallops and Halibut - everything cooked beautifully. We had the upside down peach cobbler/cake with home made ice cream - and Mara brought some kind of indoor fireworks that lit up the room - wow! The only suggestion is the ice cream should be a little lighter and possibly a cinnamon or vanilla bean to compliment the dessert better and a warmer cake with more grilled peaches on the side! We celebrated our 38th anniversary at Fork & Flask and we are so glad we did! Thank you!

My wife and I recently visited Fork and Flask the day after our wedding. The staff went above and beyond to make our dinner special, and every detail was fantastic. We had been there a few times before(including right after our engagement) and always make it a point to stop there when visiting Rehoboth. The food and drinks are always fresh and delicious, and the service is always on point. Highly recommend!!

The food was incredible. Portions were great. We had the octopus and the steak kabob appetizers, the rockfish dinner and the scallops dinner. Everything was served very hot and it was delicious. The bartender was great as well, all the drinks were great! The chef came by and checked on us, and the waitress knew her stuff and was very attentive. We will be back in the near future!

This was, hands down, the best restaurant we visited while in Dewey. Josie really made our experience memorable with truly exceptional service, and all of the food—from the apps to the desserts—was delicious. First time eating here and we can’t wait to come back! The food and drinks were excellent! We sat at the bar and our server kind of matched our pace. He was friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. If I had one complaint it would be that for an $18 app I think you guys can afford to throw a 4th scallop on the plate!! ;)

Things did not go my partner's way this evening.
Cocktails: her vodka tonic had an off taste. She asked for a splash of gin, still off. I assume it was the tonic.
OTOH my Manhattan (Bulliet Rye) was excellent.

Entrees: Once again, my partner's halibut had to be sent back to the kitchen. Although fully cooked and opaque, it was stone cold. My Rock fish, like my cocktail, was excellent.

Besides being attentive, the server was very gracious with the back and forth with the bar and kitchen "repairs"

All told, the dinner was half hits, half misses, hence the rating of 3*.

We used the appetizers as tapas and shared the beets (amazing), wings (very good), crab toast (excellent but better suited for lunch) and scallops (no words; yummmmm). Service (Sean) was terrific. If one criticism, we were in the bar side with only two other tables and the bartender, and the sound really bounces. As for the other side if you want more quiet (we hope because we plan to go back!)

We had not visited Fork and Flask in some time and made a last minute reservation during a storm when other local favorites were filled. Our table was immediately available and we were greeted pleasantly. The menu was extremely limited and we were told there was no beer available on tap. There really were no food options we were particularly interested in but we made what we thought the best choices for us. I ordered a burger which was ok. It was served with onions, cheddar, and tomato jam. My husband ordered only a caesar salad. Our son ordered a caesar with crab cake. The crab cake was unrecognizable, made with a high amount of filler. We were so surprised at this as this restaurant has prided itself on farm fresh ingredients and unique foods. We did order 1 of the 3 dessert options (again a surprise at the limited choice) and the flourless chocolate cake was decent. Don't think we will return anytime soon. Our son's cocktail was a dissapointment as well. We were charged $19 for a recommended glass of wine that was the 'special' of the evening.

I’ve enjoyed many delicious meals from here over the years and was looking forward to another great experience. Was disappointed to see the limited menu when we arrived.
The beet salad app was yummy and fresh tasting. The crab cake was dry and had a lot of filler. Way over priced at $30 for one crab cake! The fried chicken was also dry and you could tell it was pre fried. The mac and cheese was the best part of the meal. All in all disappointing dinning experience.
