When we got to the restaurant they said they do not use open table and we had to wait for a table
They reported upon my arrival that they do not take Open Table reservations so I still had to wait for 30 minutes when I arrived for my reservation.
This wasn't my first time dining at this location, but it will DEFINITELY be my last. I made a reservation through Open Table, but upon arrival, was informed that they don't have access to those reservations. Once, seated, it took forever to be asked our drink and appetizer orders, and even longer to receive them! This was surprising, since it wasn't busy there at all. My very pregnant girlfriend ordered boneless buffalo bites, which turned out to be Tyson's chicken nuggets from a bag of frozen crap! At a restaurant?! Are you kidding me?! Needless to say, it was sent back. Everything else was extremely salty and unappetizing. I was SORELY disappointed. Do yourself a favor, and go to the one in Cockeysville/Hunt Valley!
Slow service, I had chicken tenders but they didn’t provide a plate. Had to use a napkin to cut them up.
