parmesan truffle fries, demi glaze
We enjoyed the family style Thanksgiving dinner. No all day cooking and/or clean up for us. Good food and excellent waitress
Thanksgiving dinner was so good!!
All the fixings for a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Delicious!
I had a horrible meal at Dave and busters the night before. This resturant made my week. Excellent service
Excellent food, great ambience, and outstanding service from Jessica!
The food was delicious! We were not offered the restaurant week menu until we asked for it. Ambiance was great until a wedding party came in.
Was there for a Restaurant Week pri fix menu. Huge portions given the low price. Very good.
When we arrived and asked for a table outside the hostess said they were fully booked. And yet there wasn't an option available online to specify an outdoor preference? In COVID times they should figure that out as everyone's comfort level is different.
Never would return... for an upscale dining I had a better experience at a diner down the street the next day
Felt rushed and also they started to turn off outdoor lighting and fire place .
We went there Friday, 9/4, to enjoy the happy hour music. The problem was the entertainer was so loud, we couldn’t enjoy each other’s conversation! No reason to be that loud. This type of music is meant to be enjoyed as a back drop. We didn’t specifically go to see him! Background music is what you want at happy hour!
We’ve been to The Hamilton many times but this was our first since Covid. The food was better than ever!!
Excellent service, food and atmosphere! Our waitress/bartender was so nice! The food was perfect! Highly recommended the ravioli and scallop meal!
Ate outside and it was delightful. Food was great. Very pleasant server.
Motorcycles were loud but not too often thank goodness.
Very nice socially distanced and beautiful atmosphere
First time there. Really enjoyed it. Limited menu. Looking forward to returning when the full menu is available. Service was excellent. Big indoor seating area, so plenty of distance between parties.
Inclement weather, wasn't able to eat outside. Bar did not have olives and limited flavors of alcohol
Fun place with good DJ outdoors, but when people tried to dance, they were told to stop by the manager. Weird.
Great atmosphere, the only item that was not fabulous was the sound level of the dj that made it hard to hear our table conversation out of doors. However, the DJ was fun, good mix of music, the dinner crowd was involved with it and there was a guest singer who joined in and was very talented too.
The Waitress and Waiter working the patio dining area were very friendly & constantly moving, and always, along with the seating hostess, appearing pleasant and focused.
I really enjoyed getting to spend a nice little dinner with my fiancé before he left for his business trip. The people and food were fantastic! I love that it’s in walking distance from us!
Great food, outdoor seating and social distancing observed. The tables are spread out and the servers wear masks. There’s a limited menu but still options to eat and drinks. I will definitely be going back.
Our server, Austin, was perfect. He was attentive but not hovering. He was engaging and very good at his job checking on our orders to ensure our dinners arrived timely. He checked back with us occasionally to see if we needed anything and when we did he ensured it was taken care of promptly
Good food presented and served by knowledgeable and professional waitstaff. Pleasantly surprised given some of the recent reviews
Food was wonderful (as always) and the service was exceptional! Our waiter knew the menu and was extremely personable. We’d return in a heartbeat!
The server was very nice and helpful. It wasn’t his fault the restaurant was understaffed and was given too many tables to handle. Tuna app was good. Special filet mignon and lobster was okay. Steak and lobster were over cooked. Lobster was so bad it was rock hard. The restaurant is beautiful. Hopefully it was just an off night due to the concert across the street.
Reservation at 5:30pm on 29 Feb before a 7:00pm Hockey game across the street at PPL Center. We arrived on time and the waiter was so late arriving at our table that the host came back 10-15 minutes after being seated to take our drink order. When he finally arrived, our waiter was not focused on getting our order right. After finally being served, his follow up visits were almost nonexistent and that presented problems. Two examples ... I asked for extra dressing for my Caesar Salad on his first return visit. That extra dressing never arrived. When I told our waiter that, he responded "Well, I put the order in!" No apology, and too late to make it right. We also ordered 2 more Sea Breeze drinks (same drinks as our original order) on his first return visit Those 2 drinks were delivered by another server, the drinks were terrible, mixed by a different bartender and who, apparently, had no idea how to mix a Sea Breeze. We had no opportunity to get it corrected because again our waiter was nowhere to be found until we were almost ready to leave. Upon telling him that these 2 drinks were no good and undrinkable, our waiter's first response was "Exactly what was wrong with them?" before eventually offering to replace them . Not our job to know "exactly what was wrong" ... make the drink correctly! He finally offered to replace the drinks but we were running out of time and needed the bill. Our waiter dropped the bill at the table and again disappeared. Upon reviewing the bill, I discovered that we were still charged for the 2 bad drinks despite the fact they were not consumed and we had told them they were undrinkable. I waited as long as I could for him to come back to bring this to his attention, but again, we couldn't find our waiter, and the start time of the hockey game was upon us. We paid in cash and left. The food was average at best. Fries cooked in old oil and served semi-cold. Never going back.
Such a beautiful space. Disappointing menu and food. They'd better up their game if they want to stay in business.
There was no access to the bottled wine so as a good restaurant manager they should’ve price adjusted our single glass wine purchase price
The place looked great. It is a nice location. The food looked good. However, we were seated for my 9:30 reservation and the restaurant did not seem that busy. Unfortunately, no one acknowledged our presence for 12+ minutes. I asked my partner what she wanted to do and we left. It is hard for me to comment on much else since my experience was so short. However, we were passed by several servers and the greeter multiple times and were done looking at the menus. I don't think I will go back.
Food and service were both excellent. Never felt rushed even though it was a busy Valentine's Day.
We have been to the hamilton before and loved it. unfortunately our last visit wasnt a great experience. They seated us at a table for 2 about 2 feet from the tables next to us on both sides. We could hear every word our neighbors were speaking. The food came out fast, we ordered from the valentine's day menu. The food was ok. Not spectacular likecwe are used to consuming at the Hamilton. The steak was cooked perfectly but was very bland. The lobster dinner didnt come with a potato. Just not what we are used to from the Hamilton.
The food and service were terrible. It was our first visit and we will not be returning.
We had 3 great apps and a salad. All were fantastic. Beautiful big dining area.
Great meal service like always.
Great cocktail list. Good environment to get to know my guest
Excellent meal, fresh and flavorful
Food was excellent, and we will recommend our family and friends to dine at The Hamilton Kitchen and Bar.
Made reservation months before for Christmas Eve. Arrived 10 min early and told to wait. A group of 5 people came in without a reservation and were immediately seated. We stood waiting another 10 minutes and no acknowledgement. I asked if we could hang our coats and my coat was taken and my 4 family members ignored. A gentleman came to register and I approached him and once again gave my info. He hastily sat us in a small area with no 5th place setting and extra chair swung into the table at last second. Proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for our cocktails. Never going here again. Food was decent. Nothing outstanding.
Christmas Eve dining was special- beautiful decor, gourmet offerings, and truly gracious staff. Highly recommend for any day of the week.
I absolutely luv The Hamilton! I was disappointed with the Christmas Eve menu. We left starving. Highly unusual for the Hamilton. Our server was wonderful!
