    After being seated in a very noisy atmosphere, our drinks came late while our starters came early. The drinks that we ordered were wrong and then we asked for the starters to come a little bit later when we ordered the Main 🤩 course we found that one of the waiters had given us the wrong information so we ordered the wrong dish however we continue dating it overall I’m not really happy with the level of service that I received at the IV as I visited quite a few of the branches in different areas regularly however I was very disappointed and I will not be returning back to this particular branch again

    the place is super posh, with a great ambience, but a bit too noisy. Decor is fantastic and location is great. Service is very good with very nice waiters and hostess. Food is excellent, just keep in mind it might be a bit spicy.

    Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambience was beautiful, and the music was spot on throughout the evening. They were playing South African house music, which created a great atmosphere and really added to the overall experience. The service was exceptional. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, regularly checking on us and ensuring our drinks were topped up. It’s the sort of detail that can easily be overlooked when you’re engrossed in conversation, but they always seemed to have an eye on things and made us feel very well looked after. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish beautifully presented and full of flavour. The cocktails were equally impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. A wonderful evening with excellent food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

    Went for birthday lunch with Mum and it couldn’t have been better. Great service, AMAZING food and a gorgeous setting. Nice touch with the birthday mooji too. Will 100% be back

    It was my best friends birthday and I made a note on the booking stating this. No effort was made. Ensure you are dining in the main room as we were shoved into a small side room and it was boiling. Our waiter was terrible and overworked, forgetful and we had to ask multiple times for water and some ice. The food was brilliant so would recommend for that only!

    Excellent long lunch at the Ivy Asia Chelsea. Staff were friendly and very efficient. Food as ever was amazing and super tasty, and the cocktails ( Negroni & Paloma) were delicious, and the Rock Angel ( kept on ice, as per our request was sublime).
