   Lovely evening and delicious food. Had the bang-bang jackfruit salad to start, monkfish and prawn curry for main and oh my days yummy vanilla choc ice-cream bombe. We weren't drinking alcohol but there are lots fab non-alcoholic and mocktail drinks to choose from. The staff were delightful and friendly. I was celebrating a delayed birthday and it felt like a super special night. Would love to come back.

   As always you the service was fabulous. Ate in the roof top restaurant with drinks in the bar first. Staff very attentive when needed however also discreet. We tucked in to scallop, and duck liver parfait followed by lobster spaghetti and monkfish curry finished off with creme brûlée and Ivy’s special bomb. All in all a fantastic pre theatre dinner.

    The level of service, although very good, is inconsistent depending on when you visit. It's the little attention to detail within the service that makes The Ivy stand out however, these seem to be missed on busier occasions. As always quality and presentation of the food was excellent and the selection of wines as well.

    On Sat 18th I went with my sister's to the Roof Garden at the Ivy. We arrived a few minutes early. We were asked to wait at the bar, thankfully not long. Once seated we had to wait before we were asked what we would like to drink. Drinks served orders were taken. Food was delicious, staff friendly. Had to wait awhile for our desserts. Did not appreciate when told our time was up. We had to wait to be seated, waiting for desserts. Overall for me personally, not as enjoyable as the two other times I had been.

    We arrived a few minutes early for our table and were asked to sit at the bar through the other side while the table was prepared, no issue with that but it was roasting hot in there with every heat lamp and the fire on so was quite uncomfortable. After 10-15 minutes we were taken to our table which was fine but it seems like they have crammed a lot of tables in as we were sat very close to the people either side and could hear their conversations and were aware they could hear ours. Our waiter was very nice and efficient, the food tasted great, only thing to note is that the mushroom linguine was really oily at the bottom. It is a nice place just wish they would space the tables out further and it’s a little overpriced but that was expected.

    Beautiful food, excellent service. Lovely mood settings in the roof garden. We had a night off without the kids and took the chance to visit one of our favourite places. Thoroughly enjoyed!

    We went here for my daughters 21st and reserved a table in the roof garden. Beautiful restaurant, the staff were very attentive and the food choice was brilliant. Food was ok not outstanding but the whole experience was fantastic. Loved it!

    Excellent lunch. We only booked last minute but we're very pleasantly surprised. The lemon sole was excellent as was the truffle mushroom starter. We ended up staying for the apple tart desert, big enough to share.

    We arroved at 10.10 (our table was booked for 10.15) and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated at our table. This was only because we asked a waiter to check on our table, lord knows how much longer we would have waited had we not kept asking. It was then another 20 minutes from being seated, until a member of staff came to take our order and to confirm our champagne (which was due on arrival..!) and hors deuvres would be with us shortly. The food was not exceptional as I had expected, but rather was just good. The while experience was a nightmare, and I'm sorely disappointed to have been fleeced of £220 for our 'new years eve experience'. The music was incredibly loud. We had our main courses put on our table just after midnight(!) and after we finished the meal as a whole it was about 1.30am. We we're too tired to then go out after our meal, so the whole evening was a bit of a bust unfortunately. Will not be back again. Will not recommend.

    Last NYE perfect in everyway the same cannot be said for this year 2022 poor service from the outset warm flat champagne did not receive the arancini mains arrived no sides when they did arrive were not as ordered food was now cold ordered drinks at 11.40 to toast the new year arrived at 12.20 poor entertainment new year very flat and poor experience on a positive note we were booked for Ivy Asia on new years day which we did consider cancelling and it was perfect as we expect when visiting the Ivy

    Was far too expensive. Wasn’t what we thought it would be at all, no ‘party’ and there wasn’t much ‘nye celebrations’. We thought we had a reserved table at the roof terrace and didn’t .. not happy at all

    I have been to the Ivy Roof Garden many times & always had a wonderful time & food . This time I would say was slightly a notch down, I'm sure the mushroom starter was double the portion last time I attended and was only just warm which was disappointing. The main meal of duck curry also seemed different and not as luscious. However service and ambiance lovely.

    This a beautiful dining venue with a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. The Goose and Turkey Shepherd’s Pie was excellent. Looking forward to a return visit!

    Absolutely was stunning, as always, the only small exception was the burger meat was overdone as I have asked for it medium cooked as it keeps it more tender, will insist next time on it next time, but very nice atmosphere and staff are always there for the clients, great management of the place

    Came to have some food and drinks for 5 people. Staff wasn’t busy with guests nevertheless made us wait at the entrance for unknown reason although table was reserved at specific time. Very forgetful waitress, confused two orders and brought wrong dishes, my friend had to ask for his Negroni twice. Food was served before drinks. No place for coats. Quality of food is not worth the price . When asked for capers salad that wasn’t in menus neither waitress nor chef knew what it was ?! After explanation we got a sad ball of mozzarella worth £2.50 from sainsbury with couple tiny cherry tomatoes sliced in halves and got charged £9.50 . Puddle on the floor was not cleaned for entire time of us being there (around 1 hr) as well as waiter shouting from the kitchen. Not the quality of service I expected from this restaurant. Very very unfortunate. I would not suggest it to anyone.
