    Asked for the scallops without cheese sauce - was told all dishes are already made and can’t be altered - do they come in a bag and get heated on a microwave ??? Not a restaurant . Also a discretionary service charge is added - that is so old fashioned - in this day and age of living wage etc a service charge should be added by the patron NOT the establishment - I don’t remove it as that’s embarrassing - I simply don’t use the restaurant again and advise others of the same Get a grip and remove the service charge

    Both starters excellent - zucchini fritti and arancini. Duck salad fresh and great combo. Scallops a little overcooked. Service a delight as always.

    The greeting was wonderful. We were there for a 91st birthday celebration and the staff went above and beyond to make the birthday girl feel special. We were given a booth, which was lovely! The food was delicious, and they presented our mum with a special plate of desert at the end of the meal. Really lovely!
