    The stand-alone tables which seats only 20 patrons the five-course chef’s choice pre-fixed menu will take your taste buds on a world tour. Once you arrive at your destination, the exciting expedition begins with a toast of bubbles and an amuse bouche on the terrace. You can opt to pair your courses with the sommelier’s expertly curated choice of fine wines by the glass or order a bottle from the impressive wine list. With the open kitchen, you will witness the chef work on his eye-pleasing creations.       The Journey was a unique and wonderful dining experience. From the minute you arrive, you are made comfortable…Ivette and Richard and Melissa genuinely love what they do and it is absolutely felt as you dine with them. I truly cannot say enough about the evening, we met some wonderful people, the atmosphere and ambience is comfortable and curated. There are personal touches on each table… but nothing compares to the food. Never had anything like it in my life, and it was beyond exceptional. Every single bite tells a story and every sip of the perfectly selected wine enhances the meal. An expensive evening, but definitely worth every penny and more!!!! Will definitely go back the next time we are in Aruba!!!

      An overall lovely food and wine experience massively destroyed by complete misrepresentation of their ability to serve someone with celiac disease. Despite repeated inquiries and assurances, one of our guests was massively poisoned by gluten and made violently ill. And even worse the team seemed incredulous and denied that they could have done anything wrong. Horrific.

We take severe allergies and celiac disease very seriously, using separate sauces, cornstarch, and dedicated gluten-free breads. We deeply regret that our initial response fell short of the compassion you deserved. Our focus should have been entirely on her well-being, and we are truly sorry for not showing that in the moment. ​We have re-examined every step of our preparation to ensure this cannot happen again. ​Our deepest apologies, Team Journey

      Phenomenal experience! The food was delicious with each course it's own experience, the wine pairing was perfect and well priced. We loved it and will definitely be back on our next trip to Aruba!

      This was more than “ just dinner”… it was truly an experience. The food, course after course, was simply beyond delicious, perfectly plated and paired with a wine the sommelier gave a brief history and description of. The ambiance was lovely, warn and welcoming. Chef Patrick and sommelier Yvette are passionate about what they do and so welcoming and personable. By the end of the evening you feel as though you had an exquisite meal with friends. I highly recommend going th THE JOURNEY and experience it for yourself. A true foodie will love it. Thank you both for a great evening for my family. Our next trip to Aruba we will surely be back !

      We have eaten at most of the multi course restaurants and Journey is right at the top. Service and food were excellent.
