Lunch and dinner are served daily in the restaurant, as well as at the Terrace Bar. By booking online, you have the option to reserve an indoor or an outdoor table. We accept reservations of up to 12 guests 30 days in advance. Private events and overnight guests of the hotel can book further as well.

Parking is limited during peak periods. Parking is always available for guests with reservations. For walk-in dining, we encourage guests to arrive by Uber, Lyft, taxi, or other ride-share services. Walk-in guests arriving without a vehicle can often be accommodated even when our parking lot has reached capacity.

    The service and the atmosphere are exceptional. I find the food just good. For the investment I expect to be raving about my meal, I’m disappointed I can’t. It was not bad, it was good.

    The sunset view during our dinner was fantastic, even though it rained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

    We appreciated being moved inside as it was a bit windy and chilly. This is my 3rd visit to Castle Hill and every experience has been top notch. A must do when visiting Newport!

    We were vacationing and wanted to try the Lawn at Castle Hill. Made reservations a month in advance not knowing the weather and hoping for the best. Well, a Nor’Easter is brewing so the winds were high. We still sat outside as the weather was sunny, although chilly and windy. The bees would not leave us alone though. This really soured the experience constantly swatting bees away. The food was good and the service was nice. We had a really sweet waitress. The clam chowder was good and the market salad was great and all grown on their grounds. Overall, glad we tried it.

    Cold & windy day to sit outside & had to ask twice for blankets. Lots of annoying bees & slow service. Food was excellent though!

    We had to wait 15 minutes for our table reservation. The french fries ware mildly warm. The table was not fully set. The experience as a whole was disappointing. The food and service was standard. Instead of requiring table linens to be ironed on the table, time spent addressing the customer needs and customer's experience might be better spent. The location is breathtaking.
