   It was our 3 year anniversary. It was the first time we ever went to the Lemp Mansion. Our server was Great. He did a wonderful job. The appetizer was to die for. We had the Parmesan baked artichoke hearts. Food portions were super I have my lunch for work on Monday. We saw you have fried chicken Sundays. We will be there next week. Thanks again

   We brought our 9 and 11 year old with us and they loved it. The ambience of history woven throughout the restaurant was fascinating to them. Our waiter, Adam, was excellent. Food was delicious. French onion soup is a must! This was the first time in a long time our glasses stayed full and we never had to ask for anything. The staff anticipated our every need. Definitely plan to go back.

   This was our second time at the location CNN calls one of the top ten spookiest buildings in the world. The prime rib special was excellent. My wife enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo. Service was good, although I will say our waiter was very busy with probably one table too many. Definitely recommend. We plan to gi back for the dinner theater.

   We had dinner with our daughter- we came to visit her and this was recommended. The chicken valle douge was the best of our meals- I had chicken piccata which was dry and my husband had the meatloaf. The vegetables were very good- cauliflower and broccoli (but I love broccoli). You get so much food for the price, and the service was good. For a haunted mansion I would have liked more information from the wait staff. There was a murder mystery going on which looked like do much fun. The bar is beautiful - old antiques everywhere and there was a guided tour going on outside the mansion. I would go back for the murder mystery dinner which would be fun with a group.

    We were very excited to go to Lemp Mansion. Sadly we were very underwhelmed. I ordered the chicken Parmesan. My chicken was very dry and the sauce had very little flavor. I hardly ate any and my server never asked why i had only taken a few bites. Just not what i wanted and would have ordered something else but our server didn't seem concerned so we just decided to pay our bill and leave.

    I’m not sure if we caught the kitchen on a bad night or the positive reviews are for the hotel and dinner theater, but this is not a restaurant I’d recommend to others. For starters, there’s no wine or cocktail menu. Limited drink options. A bit strange for a restaurant with $20-35 plates. The wait time was atrocious. We arrived at 5:45, ordered food at 6 and it came out at 6:55, leaving us little time to eat (had another engagement at 7:30) and no opportunity for desert, which we’d hoped to get. Worse—we ordered soup/salad and Jambalaya, dishes that should take 10-15 minutes at most. The jambalaya was…terrible. It should not be on the menu. To their credit, a hostess came by and realized the dish hadn’t been touched. Asked if we wanted a box and when we said “no, it’s not any good,” she spoke with the server and had it taken off the tab without us asking, but the server seemed…indifferent? Disinterested? We’re frequent diners in St. Louis. We’re an easy quick turn $75 tab with drinks/entrees/dessert and the server seemed annoyed we were there. In all just an absolutely terrible experience. Sadly won’t be back.

    Took a date for the first time there and she fell in love with the place. Then our server came out and killed it and had us laughing. Finally the food came out and not a bad thing came to the table. We will be back for sure

    We love the Lemp mansion. Super fun atmosphere and the food was very good. The bartender was also amazing! We love the cozy vibe of the whole restaurant. Great offerings on the kids menu too.

    The Lemp Mansion restaurant is a unique experience. Surrounded by history and quirky ghost stories is an awesome experience. Service was awesome. Great variety of food. Food was delicious.

    We celebrated my daughter’s birthday with dinner at the Lemp Mansion. It was a little dark in there but the atmosphere was pretty cool. We heard creaking noises and saw flickering lights to complete the haunted house vibes! Can’t wait to go back!

    We had a scrumptious dinner at The Lemp. I highly recommend checking out the Sunday Family Style Fried Chicken Dinner which is all you care to eat. Couldn’t have been more pleased!

    Had a reservation and got seated as soon as we walked in. Food was good and service was great. Prices were reasonable. We did a tour with St. Louis Paranormal Society afterwards and would totally recommend dinning at the Lemp and then doing the walking tour.

    It’s been a long while since I’ve been to the Lemp Mansion. The food was delicious and service was great. So glad it is still here and doing well. The history of the Lemp Mansion is a big part of the St Louis story.

    This was our first time visiting and the place itself is pretty cool! We expected the food to be better though especially for what we paid. Cool experience but not sure we’ll be going back for the food unfortunately.

    Was a little dark, making it hard to read the menu. Service was good, and prices were comparable to a dinner at a 54th Street or Olive garden where you would wait to be seated and have 1000 people around you. Make a reservation ahead of time and you cant go wrong

    Prime rib was big but the sauce on it was not good. It was a sweet spicy BBQ type sauce which doesn’t go with a prime rib!

    My grand children and I had a most joyous day. We were celebrating our birthdays. The food was awesome! The menu had so much food. They don't have menus they tell you what is being served. I was so surprised! This is a really nice place to dine much nastoliga. Take you back in time. The service is wonderful with a kind and caring staff. Had so much fun. Best birthday ever 🎂. We are planning on coming back.

    Good service. Food was good but my meal was not exactly what I expected. It was corrected satisfactorily. The building is old and needs more upkeep. Historic house that lacks the charm I was looking for.

    The Sunday chicken dinner served family style was terrific. The service was a little slow, but the food was outstanding. It was busy so the slow service was no big deal. The people were kind enought to let us look around the hotel, which is pretty amazing. There's no excuse to leave hungry. We will be back!

    Lovely place with good food and excellent service , but I brought two elderly ladies who had a lot of trouble with the stairs, and who needed assistance of something to hold onto in the ladies room. The Lemp Mansion would appeal to older people, but the lack of handicap facilities is a problem.

    Lemp Mansion is a unique place to eat and see a piece of StLouis history. There is no handicap entrance so expect to climb stairs. We were there at lunchtime. We were not greeted when we arrived and never having been there before we did not know what we should do. A person came from the kitchen to show us to our table. The atmosphere is very interesting being an old mansion. The menu is printed on a brochure that tells the history of the mansion. The food is good, but not outstanding. My chicken Parmesan was plain. It had something missing. My husband really enjoyed the chicken valle douge. All the beef, chicken, and seafood meals come with vegetable and potato. Prices run $20 to $32. The pasta meals do not have any sides included. Prices are from $17 to $26. You do receive delicious rolls with butter. We had the soup of the day, potato , bacon and broccoli , YUM. Deserts are made off site and delivered on Fridays. We were there on Thursday and desserts were old Wait staff very friendly, attentive, and informative! They answer any questions about the history of Lemp Mansion Take the time and visit.
