    Staff was short, but I seated myself with no issues. Service was good. I went for a show and it was great. Ordered food and found out one item wasn’t available until after the order was in. I was given a double order of another side item (greens) I ordered but it was the worst thing on the plate. I didn’t eat it. The greens are normally phenomenal. That wasn’t a deal breaker. I’ll be happy to return.

    I reserved seats at a TABLE for two, but was seated at the bar. I wasn’t very pleased about that. Everything else was was fairly decent.

    I Reserved a Table for a Birthday Dinner! We were running Late! I called to let the Hostess know! They told me that that the Kitchen Clise @ 8:30!🙄We Arrived @ 8:00 & There was Nobody in the Longe except a Table full of Creepy Old White People!😱I didn't see the Hostess so I walked to the Bar! The Girl told me the Kitchen was Closed! I explained they told me 8:30! & She said No the Kitchen was closed! So I asked about the BAR And the Brod told me they were about to do Last Call!😆(mind you she was white too!)I just told her let me use the restroom & Walked OFF!🙄When I came Out I just Walked pass ALL the RACIST M.F.'s in the BAR & Went out the DOOR!✌🏾We went down the street to BREWSKI's & had a Good Time!🥳🥃🍷They were Very Nice to us & SET us @ a Large Picnic Table!We had plenty of room & Good Drinks!🍹😜♍️🗣I Don't Spend my MONEY 💵 wit people that don't like the Color of my SKIN PERIOD!🤬✊🏾

    Party of 10 came for brunch, server was not very attentive and kept forgetting to bring drinks. Food was cold then some items were forgotten. The music was entertaining but a little too loud. Manager came after most meals were paid for and notated issues.

    The food was OK, I was not a fan of the BBQ tacos however the barbecue nachos were good. The drink menu was phenomenal. A pregnant waitress was walking around with pantyhose on as pants with no underwear.

    We waited over an hour for coffees and we ended up having to cancel our order due to it taking way too long to make. The appetizer we got was good but the wait for the food was the worst I’ve ever had at a restaurant

    The menu that’s posted on their website is not accurate. They will charge you a “group gratuity” regardless of the size of your party (I was a party of 1). The service at the bar was awful. The music was so loud that you had to yell your order.

    Had a reservation at 1:00. Drink order was not taken until 1:20. Ordered immediately with drinks. Did not see waitress again until 2:00 asked about food and she explained it had not been started. We all had brunch food ( eggs and waffles and chicken) 2:30 still no food and have not seen the waitress again. We had to leave as we had plans after. Waited almost 3 hours received no food and we had a reservation. We went next door to big whiskeys and received food within 20 minutes of sitting down.

    We did not have a good experience for our first time here. It took an hour and a half to get appetizers one of which was only chips and dip. There were only about 4 or 5 other tables so they were not very busy. It was very hot inside due to the windows being open and they said the beers taps didn’t work when it was so hot. They were only pouring about half glasses of beer. The food was decent although not worth the over 2 hour wait. Our waitress was very sweet and it seemed as though the issues stemmed from the kitchen and not from the wait staff.

    They ran out of certain foods and side items that we had ordered. They delivered our food with missing items and never mentioned anything to us. We had to constantly tell them things that were missing on our order. They even ran out of butter for waffles. There was only one cook for the full restaurant and apparently the owner was even back trying to cook to keep up. They had very few servers and it took over two hours from the time we were seated to receive the last food items. We were told over four times that our food was coming right out or that it would only be five more minutes. It was more than an hour later before we got everything.

    Went here for brunch. The atmosphere was ok. Live music. The kitchen was slow and food was coming out cold. They ran out of butter. How does that even happen? Our server was nowhere to be found. Glasses sat empty most of the time. It was overpriced for what we got. Not a fan. Had high expectations. We were disappointed.

    Open Table, when I got there The Library had NO reservation for me. The hostess even showed me on her iPad. So…why not Open Table??? I got confirmation from you via text & email. Won’t use you again.

    My salmon was very overcooked. My aunt's omelet had 2 mushrooms that were not chopped but whole. My mother-in-laws toast was burnt. Other than the food the drinks were good, service was excellent, ambiance was great.

    My card was charged for another person in my party and I was told that I would be refunded. The transaction was voided and I was asked to pay with another card. There was a cash register at the bar, but instead the manager chose to do an electronic void. I won’t visit there again, unless I’m invited and even then…CASH ONLY!

    I made reservations on Sunday 20, for 4ppl. I had family and friends come in town and wanted to treat them to brunch here. My reservations was for 10:30. I called to confirm my reservation but no response. I showed up at 10:30 and the doors didn’t open until 11am. Very unprofessional. I took my business else where and will never be back.

    This reservation wasn’t honored. When we arrived we were not let in. We were told to wait outside because the cook was overwhelmed. We waited for about 15 minutes when 2 patrons walked out saying they had waited for their orders for an hour to no avail. We had to find somewhere to have lunch.

    Everything went wrong. What a waste for a night out. It was hard to tell if people were new and still learning or what. The food took forever. It was impossible to find our server or get help. The only people getting decent service it seemed were at the bar. Every time I looked up multiple staff were either sitting around or on their phone. I swear I saw 3 different people clean the same table probably just to look busy. They have an odd setup of bringing you utensils after they serve your food. If you are just going to sit at the bar to drink then fine. But literally anything else will just leave you frustrated.

    We had a terrific experience here. The restaurant was clean and open spaced. We didn’t feel crowded at all. The service was pleasant and the food arrived in a timely manner. They had a great musician playing at brunch. It wasn’t too loud but an amazing background music. We will definitely go back again soon!

    The service was terrible. We were seated and no one came to take drink orders. After 15 minutes, we asked someone for help and it was another 5 minutes before someone came to our table. We ordered drinks and a few appetizers. The appetizers were not as described on the menu. We decided not to order our main course and left after the appetizer. I would not recommend this restaurant.

    I do understand that The Library had a band there, it would have been nice to know there was a $15.00 Cash coverage charge. The last time I attended (11/27/21) there was a band with no cover charge. We didn't initially have a waitress, went to the bar to order drinks and was originally told you can't do that. I'm still confused on why I can't order from the bar. We had been at our table a little over 30 mins. The 1st waitress we received was rude...she said what y'all wont.....No introduction (if she did I would have known her name) No apologies for the wait...nothing. She began to take a person in our parties order, then she just walked away, no excuse me, no I'll be right back. She comes back asking about the drinks on the table, by now a person in my party is very annoyed at this point, she told her don't worry about the drinks they are taken care. She asked a different person what he wants instead of going back to the original person she began with (he didn't complete his order. That waitress went back & forth with a person at the table. We got a new waitress Tammy...she was great. This is our 5 or 6 time coming to The Library. We never had any issue prior, we do plan on retuning.

    We absolutely enjoyed ourselves. We had reservations, it didn’t take them long to seat us at all. Our drinks came out swiftly as well as our food. The food was still hot and fresh. We most certainly LOVED the live band, Rodney Block. Such amazing vibes!
