Our server was awesome and made my daughter’s friend’s bday special for her. We had so much fun!

Our server was very kind, however the service was extremely slow. 20 meetings to initially greet our table, and 30 minutes to clear dinner and ask for dessert. We were there for almost 3.5hours for 2 people. Sadly that ruined the experience. Food was pretty good.

Had a wonderful date night. Server was excellent. She gave us a plate that said date night on it with chocolate with our dessert.

Our experience at Melting Pot was wonderful. This was one of our first times out to eat since the pandemic started and we felt safe. All servers were wearing their masks and were doing their best to maintain the proper social distance. Food was exceptional as always! This was a wonderful way to celebrate our 15 year old's birthday!

Our waitress was amazing. She was quick with the food, very informative, and super pleasant. We liked it the first time we went and decided to give it another go. She made the experience even better than the first time. Would definitely recommend and absolutely will be going back.

Always a quiet, romantic evening with the spouse to celebrate her birthday. The staff are always great and very personable.

Delicious as always! Portions were smaller than normal and service was a little slow but, all employees were pleasant and times are weird with COVID-19. Hope to return sometime soon!

A new and wonderful experience to celebrate an anniversary.

Service was great, the private room was great. We felt like we were being a little rushed. We were finished in a little over two hours for 9 people.

First time trying the cast iron skillet option - loved it! Always a great idea for a date night or special occasion.

The Melting Pot is always excellent and this experience did not disappoint. This is the first time we dined at this location but this will probably become our preferred location as it’s in my son’s college town. It was easy to find, easy to park, and very accessible for someone who is moderately disabled.

The food is always very good at The Melting Pot. The wait staff was very nice and knowledgable; however they were not very attentive during this visit. Had to repeat requests for additional items (drinks, dippers, etc). We were a party of 6 and the pace of our dinner seemed really long; nearly 3.5-4 hours. The GM visited us at the end of our dinner which was a nice touch to end the night.

Food was pretty good and reasonably priced. Cocktails were poorly made. Social distancing was non-existent. They sat a table of six within two feet of us, and table of two another two feet from us, while the remaining 75% of the room was empty for the entirety of our stay. They have people enter and exit through separate areas, but then sit you right next to one another. Poor management.

The pros; seating was quick and polite, the waitress was friendly and polite, the food was good.
The cons; we were seated near a bridal party at 6:45pm, the conversation at the neighboring table was incredibly vulgar, very detailed, and extremely loud. We came for a full course of food, cheese, salads, entrees and chocolate. The cheese was very watery, so much that the waitress making it went to get more cheese to make up for that. One person in our party didn’t get silverware and fondue forks until after the entree was served after asking several employees over the course of drinks, cheese and salads. Our drinks went empty for long periods of time as well. The time in between the cheese, salads, entrees, and chocolate was long as well.
We were seated at 6:45, we didn’t leave until 10:30. That’s a long time to wait in between each course. I also booked this reservation on line, added special request of chilling a bottle of tea. When they called to confirm, it wasn’t mentioned that they didn’t have it, but had an alternative.
However, I have been here on a number of occasions and it has absolutely never been this bad. It was a little busy and in this time of pandemic conditions, I wouldn’t rule out giving it another try before I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

Great food and Excellent Service . I waiter ,Matt. was awesome and the bartender,( I forgot her name ) she was exceptional!

Seating was all spaced and compliant with COVID guidelines. Food selection was great, wine flights were great and paired well with our food courses, and server was great! Overall I’d go again.
