We have been here before but this time it looks like major cost cutting has been going on. Instead of assorted breads, there was just one type of bread, nachos, 2 pieces of carrots and celery each along with broccoli. Very small plate for two. Same with the desserts course. It was always overpriced but now it’s just absurd. Our server was fabulous though, no complaints with service.

We waited almost an hour until we started our 4 course meal, had 2 servers at one point, the manager came out and had to help, and we got helped by other staff walking around as well. We spent 4 hours at the restaurant because service was so slow. They did comp a few drinks and gave some extra dessert, but doesn't excuse the service.

Our service was very slow. We were there for over 3 hours and had several other people than our server come to our table. We waited an unconsiderable amout of time between each course. Also, a tip of 20% is added to your receipt. Our service did not dictate that type of tip.

The staff was remarkable, everyone was so sweet and made sure we had the best evening! Definitely worth the money, and you go go on Thursday and they will have rose petals and a candle on your table for free. Perfect date night, thank you all so much! It was amazing

Melting pot is typically a fun, special occasion spot for us. Last nights experience was sub par and I don't know that I'll return. Upon arriving we were told our table would be ready right at 7 and we were 15 min early so we went to the bar to get a drink. The bartender was busy with restaurant drink orders but only had one table of her own. She didn't acknowledge us at all. After about ten min when she returned from chatting in the kitchen I asked if we could order and she rudely said she was on her way to take our order. Right after we ordered our table was ready so we said never mind. Our waitress took over 25 minutes to bring our bottle of wine over. The overall experience was just blah. The food was poorly explained, one item was wrong and we were charged for it to be fixed. The bathrooms were gross...it just wasn't the melting pot I remember 😞

We have been dining here annually for the past 15 years. We left disappointed. The portions have changed- the salad not at all the same- less veggies/fruits and breads served with the cheese. We had gnats constantly flying around our food. . Did not get drinks until food arrived. I almost wished they increased their prices vs skimping on portions and ingredients.

I made a reservation and a request for one of the more private both areas. Well we had to wait 30 mins for our table it was not at all private and this was me and my wife’s anniversary date. Kinda not happy with the wait and then the process of the meal took longer then usual. I mean my salad was missing a ingredient that the waiter didn’t inform us of and then just gave it to us and we had to wait for some time to get him only to find out that your location happened to be out of that item. This has been for years our place for our anniversary date but now we might need to seek a new place. It’s sad we love it there. I’m sure this review will go on unnoticed and nothing will come from it.

I made reservations six weeks in advance for us to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated. The service was slow to start. Took awhile to get drinks and then when the beer came; they poured it so bad it’s alcohol abuse. There was more head in the glass than beer. Two of three times ordering a beer. Finally we said DO NOT POUR IT. We had birthday balloons since I was trying to make a special occasion for my Sister. It was disappointing when everyone said what are you celebrating when there were balloons clearly stating why we were there. I also did not like the waiter standing there while you complete your payment. It was a great experience overall especially for my sisters first time. However since we’ve been there a lot; we know it could have been better.

The restaurant staff seemed unprepared and/or understaffed for a busy night. We had reservations (party of 2) at 5:00, arrived at 4:55, and had to wait till 5:20 to be seated. Once seated and ordered, our waiter made our cheese incorrectly somehow messing up the ratio. It was so watery, you couldn’t coat and food with it. I explained this and our waiter was like, “Oh, sorry.” We had two bites of pretzel bread. I asked for a bit more since it’s our favorite, and was later charged $5. Our salad was forgotten about and the entree was started. I asked about our salad. It came out with barely any toppings. The entree was good. However, we asked for more potatoes which never came. The dessert was fine. I asked for a drink refill but that never came as well. For $97 for my own personal meal, I feel really disappointed. I choose to take my daughter here for a special evening. I just feel like the service and food were lacking especially for the high price.

The only issue we had was we had a reservation, but we still had to wait about 20 minutes after our reservation time. But we were sat or server Emma was absolutely amazing! She had great recommendations with each step of our meal. She made our experience such a wonderful time. Everything was so delicious and fun to make. We will definitely be back.

Our server was fantastic! We’ve been going to melting pot for over a decade and in the beginning the servers used to be great, but over the past few years even before covid it was hit or miss. To start, our waitress Aminah was amazing and nice. She gave us a great first experience. We loved the food & the idea. It made dinner fun. My only complaint is that it was a TAD pricey for the amount of food we got. But the food was indeed fresh and tasty. We had a great time!

We had reserved a booth more than a month ahead. We were placed at a half table half booth. We were told there were no booths available. We reserved a romance package with 12 strawberries and a photo. We were given one rose and 9 strawberries and never received our photo. I had a coupon for 6 free strawberries, was asked to email coupon to restaurant. Never received the free strawberries. We were eventually moved to a booth after there were many cleaned. So booths were available, just not cleaned. We usually have a very pleasant experience with The Melting Pot but this time was very disappointing. The server was great but the whole experience was terrible.

Been to this location many times over the years. Our most recent time, while still good, was definitely a noticeably lower standard of quality than the previous times. We had a new server, a bit of confusion with our order, and quite a bit of waiting between the courses of the meal. When the bill came, I did not feel like the service and quality met the high price, especially compared to previous times. Oh well. You win some, you lose some.

It's a really amazing, unique experience, but it's pricey for the amount of food that you actually receive. As someone who really enjoys food (and paid more than 100$ for the experience) I was expecting more food to dip in the fondue. Service was good, but we waited a while for the table even though we had reservations. But the quality of food was really good, the steak bites were tender and delicious. It was a good experience but couldn't been better
