Food was fabulous coupled with exceptional service from our waiter, James. Be sure to request James and you will be amazed!
The food and service weren't up to par. I have been going there for years and it's usually
excellent in every way. The difference is that the Palm is now a Landry's restaurant. I might not recommend it any more.
Service was a tad slow but not terrible. Server was very nice. Food came hot and fresh. Good drinks.
Okay where do I start. I came here this weekend for my 32 birthday I was trying to find a good spot for the ambience and view but it was hard to book for it being fathers day weekend . There's was nothing special about this place . A kind guy who was serving other tables notice me and my gf trying to take a photo together he stopped and asked if we wanted him to take it . We said " yes of course " they guy asked if we were celebrating anything special and we said it was my birthday.. he said happy birthday and make sure you tell your server as well . Our server didn't even care of any celebration me and my friend were having. We told him it was my bday and he said "ohhh how nice "
The steak we order was OK nothing great and the sides are HORRIBLE..I would not come here for any celebration I only came here because it was the only steak restaurant that had availability on a busy weekend and now I know why .
Lives up to lofty expectations. You get what you pay for. Server was a total pro with a great attitude. Food was off the charts.
You won't regret dinning at the palm the food is amazing and the waiters give your dinning experience fun and elegance.
Great food and service as always!
We went to The Palm to celebrate my husband's birthday, we had a party of 6, James the waiter was absolutely one of the best parts of the experience. He was professional, courteous, on point with everything. The food and cocktails were perfect and even the slice of chocolate cake to celebrate the birthday was DELISH!!!
Excellent service and quality food at an affordable price. Portions were a good size. We ordered the Power Lunch and everyone loved it.
Dinner was not worth the price paid! Service was not great!!
Son’s 21st birthday
Amazing service and food
Excellent veal parmigiana and wedge salad with plenty of bacon and crispy mini onion rings. Excellent wines by the glass and Tony is a waiter we will request again. This is our third visit to The Palms and will return every time we are in Las Vegas.
First, the waiter brought out the wine (Gaja Promis 2018, menu had 2016) I ordered but the wrong vintage. I assumed it was an honest mistake but he still attempted to serve me anyway. I asked him to check again for my vintage but I also ordered another wine (Guidalberto 2016) in case they didn’t have it. He brings out another wine (Guado al Tasso 2016) at a more expensive price but it was a completely different wine than the 2nd I ordered. I told him this is the wrong wine but he still wanted to serve it anyway. I ended up ordering a generic Cab (Jordan 2016) and by the time he brought it out, he finally told me he had a different vintage (Giidalberto 2018) than the 2nd one I ordered. He didn’t take anything off the bill.
Used to be my favorite restaurant in Vegas. Just bought by Landry's and things are changing fast. Ordered the Clams Casino. The plate contained 8 clams the size of quarters with meat the size of a dime. I asked the server if she was serious and she just laughed and said yea, they are kind of small. I told the assistant manager I would be embarrassed to serve that. His reply was that they are at the mercy of the supply chain and that's what was available. I told him I would rather be told that the current product available is substandard so it is temporarily unavailable rather than be insulted by serving what they did. At no time did he ever mention or make an attempt to take it off the bill. Welcome to big chain mentality. I will find a new steak house in Las Vegas, I'm sure that won't be tough!
Wonderful dinner but huge influx of diners at 7:30 overwhelmed staff
Wonderful time. Thank you to Barry, or server! Phenomenal man.
Monica was great serving lunch in the bar. Wine and two power lunches … such a great deal 😎
Awesome as usual!
This is the secret hidden gem of Vegas. I visit 1-2 times during every trip to Vegas and that’s at least 4-8 visits a year. Awesome food!!
The food is always so well done here. The Power Lunch is the way to go for great value. I would always recommend this place to anyone in Las Vegas
We had a very enjoyable dinner. The food was exceptional. The staff was great. We sat close to the mall entrance so it was loud at times but overall really great.
The wedge salad was delicious and the strip steak was flavorful. Service was very good.
It was my first time dining here and I really enjoyed the staff as well as the food!
Disappointed as under the new ownership it’s not the same quality of food and service. We have made this the place to celebrate birthdays and special occasions for years but will no longer. Sad to see the decline. If the restaurant wants to know more specifics they can contact me.
The manager who happened to be in the door, was very rude, very bad manners and with very bad answers and comments. We were about to leave because of him. A waiter, Ámbar, noticed what was happening and came to save the day, she was awesome. When we asked her about the manager to report the very unpleasant experience with the person at the door, we were told that he was the manager…. Very bad for customers and very sad for workers to have to deal with something like that.
The service at this restaurant was the best I've received in my life. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They really made my birthday a special one.
We have been dining at the Palm Las Vegas 20+ years and always had a good experience. Not this time, both the service and food were not up to the Palm standard we experienced in the past. Service was very slow and our steaks were undercooked.
King crab was cold and watery. Overall just not worth the money
The food was undercooked twice.
Good traditional, no frill menu. Salmon was a bit dry but the sides portions were big and the server very attentive. Music was a pleasant break from the loud hip hop ringing throughout the casino and other restaurants.
Very nice and professional hospitality!! Will come again
Great place for getting together! The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. The location is great for people watching.
Great food, great remodeled restaurant and outstanding service. Just a great experience.
We took a client out for dinner here while in town for a convention. They accommodated us in every way possible. Our waiter Lopez was incredible.
Best waiter ever!
The shrimp salad is decent and the steak is good. I'd skip the lobster gnocchi if we go back, it had no flavor. The free bread was amazing though.
Excellent service from the hostess, exceptional waiter John and his side kick helper were great to the general Manager Michael. Best service we’ve ever had a restaurant. Can’t wait to come back!
Great steaks, great service, not for the place for a cozy dinner, fast effective team.
I’ve come to The Palm Las Vegas more than a dozen times over the years and always loved it. Brought my family to celebrate a birthday last night. Noted it on the reservation. However, when the meal ended, they brought the check without providing a complimentary dessert or even asking if we wanted dessert. Why would you assume we didn’t want desert? Also, if you have a standard practice of providing birthday dessert and it’s noted on the reservation, it should be honored without needing to call over a manager. Clearly a communication issue among staff. The seasonal special side of crab risotto was incredibly dry and bland, which is disappointing considering how overpriced it was. They bragged about the lobster bisque having a huge portion of lobster in it, but in reality it was minuscule. I don’t mind that, but don’t go out of your way to oversell a dish that doesn’t meet the expectations you set by hyping it up. We ordered lobsters and requested male, but received female which is a significant problem with kitchen training at a restaurant which specializes in whole lobster. We also encountered an issue at the start of the meal where a promotion for summer lobster special had been advertised online. The manager said it was from last year even though nothing on the website indicated that. If it’s outdated, it should be removed from the website. The manager said it wasn’t listed on the Vegas specific location website. But I google searched “summer 2021 lobster special at the palm” and it was the first search result - on The Palm general website, not specific to any location and with no exclusions listed. The manager kindly offered to honor the special at a $10 increase in price per order, which was somewhat agreeable but left a sour feeling to the start of our special occasion. I used to really love this place and was planning on introducing friends to their first lobster experience by bringing them here. I won’t be anymore. Just very disappointed.
