Food was pretty cold when we got it.
Food was great as always. Staff was friendly and helpful. The band that was playing was fine, but they were way too loud. It would be better overall if the sound modulation for the bands was handled properly for your given space. When a band is performing it kills the whole experience of dining with you because the sound is always awful and way too loud.
If you aren’t native to the city (specifically that busy Towson area near the mall) then you’ll easily miss it. Also, there are 2 entrances, so don’t be alarmed if you walk in & you only see a bar area. Overall, the experience was great. The food was good, my only complaint would be that my tater tots were greasy, but I’m sure that’s not an everyday occurrence as everything else was prepared well. I ordered the shrimp & grits, I was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for brunch or an intimate gathering.
Hidden gem. I enjoyed the food and drinks. The staff was attentive and accommodating.
Loud, inexperienced waiter grumbling about his only being there 3 days, Food average.
The food wasn’t as good as I remember it being. Service and drinks were good
This food is delicious, and it had a vegan option which was really cool!
Food came cold overall. Potatoes were cold, my chicken was ok but the biscuit was dry like it was old and reheated. We won’t come again
Brunch date very nice
The staff is very friendly. The live band was really good. You have to be patient though. They are getting back in the grove of things like the rest of the world.
Nice place. Food came out hot and was presented nicely. Nothing to rush back for tho.
Very tasty and fun apps. Crabcake on top of the steak salad was a little more expensive than I expected. Steak salad was great and cooked correctly.
The service was excellent , i came for my 26th birthday ! The food was excellent!!
Great experience, fast and welcoming service, no complaints!
I would not recommend this restaurant because the food has no taste. The service could have been better.
My boyfriend and I made a reservation to have brunch here on Saturday for a date. We were (pleasantly) surprised to find out that they were having a Drag Brunch on the other side of the restaurant! Apparently they have this every third Saturday. Because of this, the food took a while to come out, but our server forewarned us when we first arrived, so that was helpful. They have bottomless brunch drinks like mimosas, screwdrivers, bloody Marys. The screwdrivers were good and not watered down. We ordered the brown sugar Old Bay wings for an appetizer that were DELICIOUS! They are a bit pricey, but they're great. I ordered the shrimp and grits for my entree which was also DELICIOUS! My boyfriend ordered the breakfast burrito, which he's had before and said it's good. I highly recommend going to The Point in Towson for brunch, but make sure to give yourself ample time to find parking.
Music was a little loud
Beautiful restaurant. Nice vibe. Had reservations but still had to wait 30 minutes. They have A LOT OF RULES! Great menu but food was very very bland. I had the seafood omelette and it had no taste. My friend got salmon that was under cooked. I wanted to like it so much more than I did
Hey I went here for Mother’s Day the service was excellent I can’t recall the servers name but she was excellent. The ambiance was okay it’s just cause it was a little windy but overall I had a good time and enjoyed myself. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody.
P.S Shrimp Tacos was Bomb !
We enjoyed it there. It was mother's day, so you never know what you're gonna get. But it wasn't too crowded. I had a steak that needed more heat and they took care of it immediately, and the cook even checked back to make sure it was good.
Love love love this restaurant! We went on Mother’s Day and they did not disappoint at all. The food was amazing and is seasoned so well, the atmosphere was great, our waiter Noah was amazing. If you’re stuck between this place and another pick The Point.
Mother’s Day Brunch! Delicious!
Service was good. Food was average but priced too high.
Great service and food - very accommodating when 3 extras arrived and wanted to join our table.
Great options, food was really good, extensive beer collection, fantastic service, right across from The Recher, what more do you need?
My daughter and I enjoyed a light dinner and glass of rose (2 for 1 happy hour special). The brussel sprouts appetizer and shrimp tacos with truffle fries were delicious to split. Service was friendly and attentive.
Our server was inattentive and slow! I would not recommend this establishment.
The food was pretty good. A few dishes weren’t the cleanest but otherwise, decent experience overall.
To charge $2 extra for either tots or fries is fine if the portion size was adequate, but it was about 8 fries total. Whats worse... to charge $0.50 extra for mayo on a sandwich just seems wrong. The pricing is just way too much for the size of food they are actually serving you. I know we’re all hurting monetarily from this pandemic but I felt completely gyped and most likely won’t be returning anytime soon.
We went to brunch for restaurant week. They were severely understaffed. One waitress was trying to serve 8-10 tables and was struggling hard. She was polite and we were patient, but the food was a roller coaster which didn’t help. Food was very slow to come out of the kitchen. Our appetizers were wonderful (Buffalo Chicken Arincini and Tempura Broccoli). Our mains were really lackluster. My enchiladas were dry and overcooked. The fried chicken benedict was just ok...the biscuit was rather bland. The blondie for dessert was great. Tables around us were complaining or sending food back, which just lowered the overall mood. This place has a nice menu, so I’d come back and try again, but on this day the execution from the kitchen was not there consistently.
Carly and Noah were awesome!!!
Service here at The Point is amazing! Food is good; needs a little more seasoning. Mimosas, bloody Mary’s and screwdrivers are awesome. Will be back!
Did not feel like my server was attentive enough to the table, I was in the middle of ordering food and he said he’ll be back and just walked away, I normally go to the location in fells point, never had any issues, overall the experience wasn’t terrible. However, the service could have definitely been better.
My friends and I came for brunch, they ordered chicken and waffles, but their waffles were cold, syrup was cold. The cheese was not not melted into her eggs, and the restaurant does not offer a sugar free option for those who cannot have sugar.
The server didn’t know the menu. He had to go ask twice to get an answer to the same question. My wife’s food came out first and I was told me food would be out shortly. I waited and waited only for my lobster bisque to come out cold. I asked for it to be hot. I waited and waited. By this time my wife is now done with her meal. I still haven’t received my soup. No apology from any manager. I felt like it was a big fat f-u to me and don’t come back. So, I won’t.
Food was fantastic and services was outstanding ..
Great service and server, only issue was the women’s restroom. It was unkept and two bathrooms were Out Of Order
Loved going to this place for brunch!! They’re not stingy with the mimosa refills which was AHHHHMAZINGGG 🥰
Excellent atmosphere, service, and food! The crabby tots are AMAZING!
good food and had love music- great for any occasion
