It was such a great way to spend a Monday evening. Everything was well prepared. The wait staff worked well as a team. the overall experience definitely is worth the value.
Waiter was outstanding. Steaks and crabcake were very good. Salad overdressed but tasty. Oysters were too tiny for them to even be on the menu. Overall, everything is overpriced, but that wont stop us from returning. We really love this place.
Lots of fun to be had before and after in the casino.
Awesome experience Everytime!
we had a nice time the service was great. the food was great. the prices have gone up on lobster almost double last year. and some things still not back on menu.
Every time we go there, we do enjoy ourselves. wonderful service
we celebrate our yearly birthdays there. wonderful people that work there
Enjoyed an excellent birthday dinner at the Prime Rib. Both the Macadamia Crusted Chilean Sea Bass and the Prime Ribeye were outstanding. The Trumpet Mushrooms and Truffle Mac and Cheese were the perfect sides to complement the entrees. Our server Nick really made the experience special with his great recommendations and wonderful service. I highly recommend the house steak sauce. I normally don't use steak sauce but their sauce is so good and really adds to the flavor of the steak and the mushrooms.
The ambience was nice. Our waiter Richard was excellent. My Sea Bass was overcooked so it was dry and my date Salmon was overcooked also. Because of our waiter and the overall niceness of the restaurant I am willing to give it another chance.
Dining was grossly overpriced. At those prices you would have expected more value and better tasting food. I have ja a better steak at lesser places of dining.
The food was delicious, the service was almost impeccable, its worth every penny.
The food was great and the service was outstanding.
My wife's steak was done perfectly, My steak that was supposed to be medium wasn't cooked correctly and with the lack of service, I was unable to let anyone know and then unable to eat most of it. We had to wait on bread and drinks almost as if we were ignored or forgotten. This was our wedding anniversary and was by far the worst experience I've ever had there. I would've had a better meal at Waffle House.
Meal was good overall - excellent drinks and wine. Waiter was attentive but not intrusive and checked twice as to pace of meal making sure we were not rushed.
Much appreciated that. Appetizers of calamari and oysters rockefeller were excellent and of large portions. Problem came with the entrees - prime rib was of good size and cooked to perfection. But, was very chewy. Waiter said it was end cut and that's why it was a large serving. No - we paid for prime rib of excellent quality and it was not cheap. Ribeye was also cooked perfectly but looked like a strip steak and was also pretty chewy for prime. Waiter confirmed it was ribeye and said it was from the small end of the cut which is why it looked like strip steak. Lacked marbling like even a choice rating for a ribeye would have. Again for the prices charged one should be getting the prime cuts, not end cuts with lesser quality.
Also beware - there is a 2% "Facility Fee" added to all bills which I questioned. It is because of supplies because of Covid. They're using paper for table cloths now and we're paying a premium for that???
Still, I would go back but would be very specific with my order of getting the cut of meat that I was paying top dollar for - not end cuts.
I have been in and around the Restaurant industry for over half my life. I have dined at several famous steakhouses. Our server Flower was the epidemy of a fine dining server. She was attentive without being intrusive. She was on point in every aspect. Our meal was exactly what you would expect from a top-tier steak house. I will defiantly be back.
The service was impeccable, but for the high menu prices the food could have been better. Dessert was delicious though.
My prime rib was over cooked and I had to wait for another piece which was a little under the medium I wanted but better then over. Nick was a great waiter.
Nice experience but you can get the same food for half the price at Romano’s or Texas Roadhouse.
We had a wonderful time and the meal was excellent. Anthony, our waiter, was phenomenal.
Server was exceptional. He was very friendly and outgoing. He was very attentive and met our culinary needs. Thank you
Great Steakhouse! Excellent service! Delicious Food!! Superb!
Very happy. Staff was on the ball. Been there before and will definite go back
This was a disappointing experience. We arrived to find that, although the website for Live Casino and thePrime Rib advertised free valet parking, the service did not exist. We were seated in an outside (but enclosed) area that smelled funny. Service was polite but slow- food was not all that great- scalloped potatoes were overcooked and salad had way too much dressing. Prices were extremely high for what we received- particularly drink prices. When I made the reservation, I explained that it was my husband’s birthday. That was never even acknowledged. This restaurant does not compare with the original in Baltimore. Don’t waste your money.
The service was excellent however the food was fair and not what we were accustomed to based on our past experiences at the Prime Rib.
Old school decor but not at all stuffy! Food was a bit pricey, but worth it! Service was spectacular
Waitress Flower did not know what was in the food, took way too long, ordered the wrong entrees. Other waiters had to help.
What else can I say, everything was excellent ! Thank you.
Everything overall was good. Sitting outside under the fan was a bit chilly for me. Not a drinker but I ordered a drink and It appeared that the alcohol was missing.
This restaurant is so overpriced and the food is less than average. There aren’t many other options at the casino but you should stay clear of this place. A complete joke.
My server, Richard, was awesome and my Prime Rib dinner was delicious.
We had a wonderful evening with our friends. The food was excellent and our server,Adrian, was outstanding! We look forward to returning.
We had a woman named Flower as our server. She was absolutely fantastic as was our meal and the ambiance. Highly recommend!
Everything was outstanding. The staff was very polite, pleasant and extremely helpful.
Fairly expensive Steak house located at Live Casino. That said, if your a Casino winner who cares. The portions are large the service outstanding, the ambiance is elegant and the food is great! Probably one of the best Ceasar Salads I have ever had.
My husband and I dined at Prime Rib for our 5th wedding anniversary, we had an AMAZING time! From the hostess to the server (Flower) everything was top notch! Very attentive staff!! The red velvet cake with a candle in it was an awesome surprise!! Thank you so much, we will definitely return!!
The food was delicious, the service was wonderful
Great food and great service always at the prime rib.
Was celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary and it was a perfect, beautiful experience. The hostess was sweet and beautiful, while our server Nick was on his A+ game. Great services, with humor and great stories. Our dinner experience turned out to be a 3 hours of enjoyment.
Great food and server everyone was polite and helpful
The service and the food was excellent. I really enjoyed the lobster brusque soup.
The food was delicious and served hot, the wait time was fast, the server was professional and pleasant. I'll recommend Richard, I will have a return engagement soon.
This is our go to spot for late night dinner, real food!
Marisa and Nick are the best! They always take great care of us and have great recommendations. And we adore Sydney, the hostess.
Had the scallops this time, they were delicious. Can’t ever go wrong with the Prime Rib or Rib eye. You have to try the Brussels & Bacon, yum!
