   This place was terrible. First off, it is no longer Shula's despite the online perception that it is. It is now called "The Sanctuary". The food was absolutely awful and despite the menu purposely being similar to when it was Shula's as well as the prices, it was not high-end dining in any way. Very disappointed in the deception that they are still Shula's and not finding out until you get there.

   I ordered the maple mustard salmon with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables, it was quite delicious. My waiter Matt was very friendly and checked on me several times. Food was served in a timely manner.

   We did not know before arriving but this is NOT the Shula restaurant we had known in the past. It had been at least 10 years since we last were there. They used to have sports memorabilia everywhere but the restaurant part was closed. We ate at the bar area where they had a few TV's. The food and service however were good.

    The food and service was great. The restaurant does need to be updated, lightened up a tad. It was very dark and you can tell it was an older location.

    Went out for Sweetest Day. Server seemed nice but was the only person to take care of the entire dining room. My husband got his salad and we got our beverages but our dinner order was wrong and was given to another table that came in after us. We confirmed our order at least three times - please, if you can’t remember things write them down. I’m not impressed by you having to ask three times. We finally said give us our meal to go and they were just making it over an hour after we arrived. Needless to say we won’t be back. Food was good - but where is the manager to help and to get qualified people to work. Another place drops of our list to go out.

    The only negetive was the fact that I ordered my steak medium rare and it came medium well. I didn't mention it because although it was not as I ordered, it was juicy and flavorful. I just didn't want to wait for them to cook me a second steak.

    We were very disappointed. The restaurant is in need of TLC. We were seated by the window and had flies around us. There were cobwebs in the corner. Our server was very good, but that was the highlight.

    Daren was great, food was great, the problem - wherever we go is that there is always one table full of loudmouth people who don't understand that others are there to eat and enjoy and meal and conversation. Once they left - it was great. There were four other tables seated and they were all very well behaved.

    Dominik was an amazing server. the quality, presentation, and portion of food was below average. we sat by the large windows, and there were half a dozen large annoying flies buzzing us the whole meal. the overall value of the food, and atmosphere was below average

    Outstanding service, but ho-hum food - We had a beautiful table in a quiet restaurant on a lovely day - Food was okay, nothing great, but nothing really wrong with it either - just ho hum.

    The ambiance had the positive of a fireplace. The negative was little white noise or music. The quietness made every conversation at other tables too easy to hear. The server was very friendly, although not as attentive as we would hope for. Still a very personable person. The food was good but pricier than necessary. It was about $20 to $30 higher than at, say, Longhorn Steakhouse for 2 people. The food and experience did not exceed what I would expect at a chain steakhouse. All that said, we learned about the breakfast buffet that will be worth trying on a weekend morning. We will likely return, even for dinner.

    Food was excellent except one of the steaks ordered medium rare was delivered dry and cooked at the medium level. It was not eaten. Service was excellent!

    Getting out after vaccinations. Most of us had the sea bass. One person had the salmon and one the shirt ribs. Food was good. Service was a little lax. Had to flag our waitress down to get 2nd drinks and then again for our bills.

    This is a very good hotel restaurant. My husband and I meet a friend here fairly regularly; the food is reliable and the wine list is very good. The filet is the best steak on the menu. Personally, the Shula burger is excellent. Darren, our regular waiter, is part of the reason we return regularly; he's knowledgeable, personable, and very efficient.

    Its in the main lobby of a hotel that is tired looking and badly needs updating. The entrance of Shula’s was dusty and had construction items lying all around. Very unsightly. The actual sports bar is ok, but nothing special: however, the staff was wonderful.

    Very disappointing. Food was ok but the other things that went wrong took away from this night. They brought us out large plates for bread (which we had to ask for and they only brought one small loaf) because no clean bread plates because they didn't have a dishwasher scheduled (Plate size no big deal..having to ask for bread in the first place and only being brought a very small loaf was more the issue. ) Ordered 2 different appetizers due to the tastes of the parties involved and they came out at different times so half the party enjoyed appetizers while the other sat and watched. Salads, came out and we didn't even get 1/4 through them and our entrees were out. My bill was $425.50 (6 people..not including tip) so imagine my surprise when I am told we couldn't have clean forks for dessert and couldn't have a knife to cut the cake because again, no clean knives. Wrote a letter to the contact us address to let them know of my experience at 7:30 this morning and currently 12:30 no response. To be perfectly clear there were two tables in the whole place and one was on their way out.
