   We were seated and had waters poured pretty quickly. Our waitress showed up 5 minutes after we were seated. She disappeared after taking our drink order. Another server brought my husband’s coffee and after waiting about 15 minutes for my missing cocktail we saw her sitting at the bar chatting with another employee. It didn’t seem particularly busy and we were ready to order but there was no one around to flag down to try to ask why our table had been abandoned. We left, hungry and baffled. I’m not getting up from my table to walk all the way across a restaurant to grab a waitress to tell her we are ready to order or find out where my drink is. Lame

   Overview: Walking in the door, there seemed to be some issues about seating with another table despite a pretty empty restaurant. It’s a Friday night and there is an event later at the Arena. Very new restaurant and tastefully appointed. Great parking and walking distance to the Arena. We had about three people that seemed to be our wait staff and I questioned it and they did fess up that they are a new restaurant. At least they did not make up a bad excuse. Honesty is good. Bar: we order two of their specialty cocktails and the drinks were exceptionally on point. The bartender naming this establishment has skills. Food; Started with the heirloom tomato salad to share. Then main courses were sea bass and the gnocchi. Dessert was the peach cream puff. The menu was all in season items and on point. Plating was exceptional. Fresh - Fresh and Fresh Ingredients. Give this place a try if you want top quality.

   My mussels and pork chop were very good. My wife's salad was okay and her sea bass was pathetic...... small portion, overcooked and embarrassing. Martinis just okay. First time at the restaurant..may not be a second.

    Lovely restaurant inside refurbed Hotel Clayton. Now Hyatt Centric. No marque, so took a bit to find. Great food and service. We'll be back!

    Party of 8 people, and only 1 of us really enjoyed our food.. The server was extremely knowledgeable and attentive, but the food and drink quality was so mixed! Grilled octopus - overcooked, nothing special. Small portion. Clams - good amount for $$ value. Was able to make gluten free. A few were a bit fishy/briney, but that’s to be expected. Swordfish - bland. I never put extra salt on my food, but I had to. The texture it was cooked to was just “okay”. Porkchop - Lots of flavor and cooked well. This one gets 4/5 stars Drinks - the consistency was so off. A few of us ordered the same cocktails and they would come out looking completely different shades of the same color… Moscow mule came out tasting like a margarita…definitely an issue in bartender differences.

    Reasonable prices for a hotel restaurant. Ordered breakfast and the potatoes are next level. Continuous coffee refills and a very attentive staff. Gorgeous decor.

    Delicious dinner and outstanding service. Our server (Sheila, according to her badge, but not the name on the receipt) was friendly and apologetic for the loud party in the adjoining room. They departed shortly after we arrived. She was always present to pour wine. I liked that she provided extra serving utensils for our salad split and dessert split. She seemed to have actually eaten the food on the menu and could recommend it. The chicken and dumplings were well seasoned and flavorful, but not as expected. They were more of a chicken with 3 small cheese and herb biscuits. The cream puff dessert had a surprising crunch to the puff and the cream and ice cream were yummy. The table set up could be more intimate, but OK. We had not gone to a fine dining restaurant since Covid. So glad this was our choice before a concert at the Crest.

    First time at 7th Street Standard. Very favorably impressed. My meal (gnocchi with peas, asparagus and mushrooms) was full of flavor and all the veg were perfectly cooked. My wife's soup and salad were also great - the carrot soup particularly was exploding with flavor. Very nice service, an open pleasant room. We will be back!

    This was a nice find and the food was very good. The pork chop was incredible! The service was good but we had to ask for a couple of things more than once. In hindsight we should have requested to sit on the side that was exclusively restaurant as opposed to the bar side. We made reservations weeks in advance for a nice dinner but we felt a bit like we were on the sidelines of a bar crowd. Overall we would go back and recommend it to others.

    Great place for a delicious bite and great ambiance. Had a birthday brunch and they accommodated our party perfectly. Low key, not rowdy with a bottomless mimosa crowd. Definitely coming back.

    Food was really great, service wasn’t bad but compare to other Hyatt restaurants way diff. (Dawson, lone eagle). Service was like any other regular dine in restaurant nothing special. Maybe I’m just expecting that much b/c as I can see at Hyatt centric interior was classy and elegant.

    The Standard Spread was outstanding but additional toast points for the spread would have been preferred. For dinner, we had the chicken and dumplings, the chicken was fantastic, and the glazed carrots were delicious. Oh… the lemon drop had a unique dehydrates lemon which was out of this world as according to my girlfriend. More than anything, our service was brilliant. Thanks to Margot, she gave us a tour of the rooftop, which we will visit next time. Many thanks for an enjoyable dinner.

    The dining area is lovely. I had the house burger which was delicious. My husband had the pork sandwich which was packed with flavor. One person in our party ordered the ceaser salad. He would have preferred for the chicken breast to be cut up rather than served whole.

    The server, Mustafa, was extremely attentive and welcoming us in many languages! His recommendation on wine, a fruity and dry Sauvignon blanc was excellent! The king salmon was beautifully presented in an exquisite pistou sauce, on a bed of asparagus done to perfection, cubed flavorful potatoes, and big white beans melting in the mouth! Not to mention the crunchy note of the salmon skin.The desert, a crunchy yet soft puff filled with an hazelnut “ fondante “ light cream accompanied with chocolate twists was literally out of this world and so good looking! What a wonderful eating experience!!

    Very good service but the food was weirdly underseasoned. I had high hopes. Also the vibe is sort of weird. Too bright lights - didn’t feel cozy or romantic though the design is lovely.

    Although the restaurant didn’t have any vegan options on the menu, the chef accommodated me with custom (and delicious) options. Moustafa (sp?) provided great, both friendly and laid back, service. I’ll certainly return on my next trip to Sacramento.

    Enjoyed the atmosphere until needing to use the restroom. All gender restroom that had Men and Women using at the same time/multiple stalls. We would not have eaten here if we knew of this setup. Was very uncomfortable for my wife and I. Also did not have many cabs to choose from and the one we ordered was out. Pork chop was a little over cooked but presentation and overall dish was very good.
