Need front of house, waited ages to order then again waited for ages before anything else was done. Lots of staff but no sense of urgency.
We are in the Tepee . Lovely food and a romantic holiday atmosphere-wonderful. We have brought several groups of friends and family here and all have been impressed .
Beautiful tasting food, well presented
Courses came out at just the right rate
Just a fantastic meal, my first time there and hopefully not the last!
The staff are so helpful. The teepee was washed out yesterday which must have had an impact on this busy restaurant. Staff just sat us down, told us our table would be ready shortly. It was and we had an excellent lunch. Thank you so much.
Much too wet to enjoy the outside dining - but they seated us inside.
Lovely menu and hard to choose!
Enjoyed the meals we all chose.. We will be back.
Food was excellent and overall experience very good.
Wasn’t asked how we wanted our steak cooked, turned up so pink! Food was taken back to kitchen and returned with the veg and potatoes missing.
Not enough veg on the plate for a roast dinner costing £19!
Beautiful restaurant but service needs to be more refined,
Food was delicious.
Service for drinks was very slow and we never received our tap water.
Would have been interesting to see how the food arrived if it had been raining as the route to the outdoor seating wasn’t protected for waiting staff between kitchen and tables.
Background music was a little bit too loud. However it was a really great meal and I would go again.
What an amazing place! The atmosphere is so nice, food is amazing! Although prices are slightly higher it’s definitely worth it.
Visited for Sunday lunch on a short notice booking. Our table in the tepee was very atmospheric. Other tables situated in the garden and those inside a stunning building also looked great and well spaced.
It was a busy time so service was a little slow, but we were in no rush so not disappointed. Staff welcoming. Roast lamb and beef tender++. Yorkshires a little chewy, but overall had an excellent meal. Would go back.
Beautiful setting, friendly staff, delicious food.
A really special evening in the tippee. Very cosy, extremely pretty and surprisingly warm!
The staff looked after us superbly and the food was totally delicious.
What a beautiful setting outside and inside the pub , all staff happy and helpful the food was amazing can’t wait to go back soon thank you 😊
What a absolute gem . Loved the food and the layout, it’s been really well thought out. Friendly staff and great food, we will be returning.
Excellent food at such a high standard and atmosphere was really good too. Will defo be going back
Loved this place and will definitely be revisiting
We had had a few attempts to get to the Weeping Willow, which had been strongly recommended to us and finally got there for my wife’s birthday. It was everything we had been told to expect and more. Wonderful atmosphere, service, food etc., so good in fact that we have rebooked to go back with friends next week. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful restaurant to anyone, whatever the occasion. a beautifully balanced experience. Thank you so much to all responsible.
Welcoming to us and our dogs
Husbands food lovely but my steak a little rare rather than medium but beautiful quality
Great venue, great staff and top head chef, always a pleasure.
What an excellent eatery, great food, good service, lovely ambiance. My only critique would be not enough light from teepee to inside.
Totally new experience of outside eating. First meal out with friends since Covid it was a lovely evening.
Everything was very enjoyable. Food was excellent, setting is attractive, service efficient and pleasant.
We had an enjoyable mid-week lunch, but have also had an evening meal here too. Menu is varied and food well cooked.
The quality of the food was very good. Service wasn’t up to its usual standard. It was slow and erratic and no one seemed to be responsible for our table. Great ambience.
Our meal was very enjoyable and the service was efficient and friendly
Very enjoyable and dog friendly evening. Staff and food excellent.
Excellent place for lunch good food fair price but although there are a lot of parking spaces they were all taken ! which shows how popular it is.
The restaurant was very busy, as a consequence we had quite a long wait for service. Our waitress was charming and apologised. Otherwise our visit was very enjoyable and we will definitely visit again.
We had a lovely experience. Warmly welcomed and a little treat for our dog on arrival. The teepee was a great location and the food along with the service was excellent throughout.
Lovely food in a beautiful setting. Helped that the sun was shining. Thank you
It was a lovely lunch and the service and ambience was really good! Will definitely be back!
First time at the weeping willow. Very impressed. Abs have booked again
From the moment we arrived service was outstanding, the food was equally as good! We cant wait to come back
Delicious family Sunday lunch. Made to feel very welcome and safe. Good menu choice. Great atmosphere.
We highly recommend this tremendous pub and its wonderful staff, great food and tranquil location, especially for Sunday lunch!
In fact all of the Chestnut Group venues in East Anglia that we’ve tried this year have been great :-)
Really great food & place.
Service & wait for main & poor waitress service not recognised by maitre d let the experience down quite badly
A Beautiful place to eat. Food and drinks are well priced and delicious. Service is excellent. Well worth a visit.
Amazing little gem in Barrow, perfect fir in or out dinning!
Really enjoyed our first experience at the restaurant, it was very relaxed atmosphere and the food was lovely.
Wife and I visited here for anniversary meal, upon our first visit we were delighted with everything from start to finish especially the excellent food
