   Food was ok. Some of it was a little over the top, but that’s personal preference. Loved the shishito peppers and potatoes. They charge a 2.5% surcharge to all bills, plus 20% gratuity for parties of 6 or more, and a $3 cake cutting fee. For a 20% gratuity, I expect a little better service. Our drinks took forever to get to us, our server was very unsure of the menu, etc. Overall, it was fine. I would come back.

   Glad that we had a reservation as the restaurant was packed. We both enjoyed each plate. Rissotto was nice as was the pasta dish we had.

   Early for the brunch crowd on a Saturday morning, we enjoyed a great breakfast with great service. Highly recommend and wish they were still serving a weekday breakfast as well!

   This was a great meal to share with friends, but I think it’s really meant for special occasions, so I probably won’t recommend it to friends that visit. For the price, I don’t necessarily think that the food, drinks, service, and ambience are to par. The proteins were really good, but the portions are so small that it was hard to enjoy, even when we got 2 portions of each thing for a table of 5. In my opinion, this was a fun experience, but there are other tapas places where the food is worth the price and the experience and service is out of this world. I think this is a good restaurant, but I think it could be a better experience.

   Experience was weird from the second we walked in the door. Atmosphere was too bright and seemed cold/not lively and uninviting. Checked in for our reservation and the host said nothing and just walked away... the other person at the desk said "you're supposed to follow him..." Staff is overall very unprofessional. Our server was in (not to be mean/nothing to do with her body) a much too-tight crop top and jeans that was at our eye level and she seemed to be very bored, which was uncomfortable. We asked her what she recommends, and she said "I don't know, ___" and dismissively named several items, and when we asked why, she basically shrugged. They are missing basic items on the drink menu and food menu (ex. who offers a charcuterie without basic items like prosciutto, but includes deli ham)? We ordered martinis and they were the worst martinis we've ever had; they also don't even come in martini glasses. They came in glass goblets that looked like casual wine glasses or something. We had to ask for more olive juice on the side, and they didn't have anything like blue cheese stuffed olives, etc. that typically are available at a restaurant that's posing as "nice." We ordered a charcuterie board (VERY average - I genuinely would have made a better one myself at home and included better options than the menu offered). So instead of eating dinner there like we planned, we got the check early and went to another restaurant for dinner. If you're looking for a "whatever" experience, it's fine. But we were under the impression that this was a nicer place and would have good service and drinks, etc.

   the small plates weren’t small at all. the Pastatas and Shrimp and Chorizzo were enough for me and my husband to share and we couldn’t eat anymore. Craft cocktails were very good too

    It was attached to the Hotel Indigo, so we were expecting a bland experience. But no! From the clever contemporary decor— including curved banquettes that seat two—to the Mediterranean tapas, great craft cocktails and an interesting wine list, the stage was set for a great evening. Server Michael was savvy and helpful. The golden beet salad, soft warm flatbread, spicy chicken thigh and shrimp and chorizo were fabulous. I loved the $40 bottle of white Slovenian wine that Michael recommended. Dinner for 2 with wine and 3 cocktails came to about $155. But a noteworthy dinner easily could be done for less than $100.

    Food was outstanding. Treated ourselves to about 10 plates. All so good! Staff was friendly but a little lack luster. Several plates were almost thrown to the table and the wine service was novice at best. Cocktails were great. I’d definitely go again next trip to Denver!

    Absolutely amazing experience at Three Saints Revival. The tapas were spectacular, we ordered the patatas bravas, pork belly, shrimp and chorizo and falafel. The pork belly left a bit to be desired but the falafel was some of the best I have ever had, the shrimp and chorizo I am still dreaming about and the patatas were delectable. We both had great cocktails the Pegu for me (yummm) and the rum cocktail for my husband. Both were very different and imbued the Spanish flavors. The service was quick and efficient and they validate parking at the Indigo so it only costs $7. Will absolutely be back!

    Brought a party of seven to Three Saints Revival on a Wednesday evening, we shared a huge variety of tapas and every single dish was delicious. Drinks were incredible too! Would definitely come back, especially with a large party.

    Portion sizes for shareable tapas seemed small. The baba ghanouj comes with four tiny pieces of pita, and when we requested more we were charged. He tried multiple times to order from the person delivering the food, but she was unable to take an order, which is understandable. But then it would take a long time for the server to arrive.

    Such a cute place! Service was a bit slow and the food and drinks aren’t anything special and are a bit overpriced. If you’re looking for a place more for the ambiance and pictures, rather than food and drinks this is the place for you.

    Our server was very attentive and helpful. She advised us on how many dishes to order and helped us decide which ones would be best for us. Our drinks (Ottoman Emperor) were very tasty! The food was very good. We were initially concerned that the plates were small however then they got larger and then we were stuffed! Also, since we were out to celebrate a birthday, our birthday girl got a free glass of bubbly and a free dessert (nice touch)! The chocolate cremeux was to die for! We enjoyed our evening out and we’ll be back!

    The vibe in this place was next level. I took my date here and had the Mediterranean Gin and Tonic and it was unreal. Best damn Gin and Tonic I ever had. We made reservations for 7pm on a Tuesday expecting it to be busy but there were only like 4 tables. We sat at the bar and had a drink and were seated about 7:30p. Server recommended ordering 2-3 tapas per person due to small sizes. We ordered the lamb meatballs, humus, bread plate, and the chicken breast. Those 4 dishes were really not good at all and fairly expensive. The portions were larger than expected and more than enough food for 2 people. I give 3.5/5. This is a great place to have a drink then go to dinner elsewhere or come here after dinner for a night cap. I will be back for drinks in the future.
