This place used to be a favorite but our most recent experience this week was horrible. Poor food quality, even poorer service with lots of errors, and incredibly overpriced. For example, $28 for chicken alfredo (hold the shrimp due to allergy) is insane. The server brought out that dish with shrimp so of course it had to go back for a refire. Several other dishes were incorrect yet no adjustments made to our large invoice either. No apologies from management or the server. I understand the work shortage but this is a whole new level of low compared to other places. Can't say we'll be returning anytime soon.

Awesome service but the food was plainly terrible. The restaurant itself reminded me of the old knights of Columbus halls we used to visit in the Bronx. Unfortunately, the food was just not what was expected. The crab cakes were fishy and odd rating, the “whipped” potatoes were dry, French fries were even dry. Also, the price was surprisingly high, especially considering the atmosphere and quality of food. The service, though, was truly great - our waiter was amazing and that alone made the $300 bill (for 2 adults and 2 kids under 16) palatable.

It was our first dining-in since COVID kept us at home. Grace was a cheerful server; the chef got my steak perfect; my husband truly enjoyed the sampler; the ice tea was great. The only disappointment was there was no baked potato, but the mashed potatoes were fine. Great date night.

I would visit this restaurant again. We went Mother’s Day weekend which was very busy. We were attended to quickly with our reservation and the waitress was very good. The food was good and the atmosphere was good as well. I would recommend!

I was out with a date, the environment was nice. The only thing wrong seas that there was only the bartender to attend to the entire bar and high table area. She was asking for assistance because she was clearly overwhelmed.

Food was amazing and even though service was a little slow because it seem to be one server for quite a few tables, she had an amazing attitude and gave us great service when she did come to our table. I love the stuffed shrimp. It never let me down. Always delicious!

This service was slow and the tone of the server was abrupt. I don’t know if it’s that you guys need additional service or if it’s that the servers need to be trained on customer service. The hostess was kind friendly and accommodating. I don’t mind tipping but I mind when the tip is included in my bill and the server knows it and doesn’t go above and beyond giving great customer service

Rides the reputation of its crab cakes without putting effort into anything else. Oysters were not cleaned well (very gritty). French fries came out of a bag. Service was pleasant but spotty. Bathrooms were in need to service which tells you a lot about a restaurant.

Been going here for crab cakes for many years . Disappointed with side selection that they don’t offer baked potatoes . Use to automatically get rolls before dinner too , not anymore. Pricing way up for the double crab cake dinner. But still delicious and will remain a special occasion spot.

great food wife loved her stuffed lobster - my prime rib was good for what you get now. I started in a 4 star restaurant would be a 6 star today . Chef trainee in DC. Buy that stuffed lobster - was first class, Food service was first class also too, they all worked together to make our dinner unforgettable. Give us the best evening and don't miss !!

Zack/Zach was our server and was exceptional. He was attentive without overdoing it and very polite. We all loved our meals, especially the crab cakes, but I must say, the portions seem to be getting smaller and the prices higher. This will definitely have to be a special occasion place.

We were very disappointed in the food, its taste and quality. The servers did their best but it just wasn’t what we expected as a whole. The prices were steep for the way the product was presented and so much salt on some items and not enough on others. We had to share salt n pepper shakers between tables. There weren’t enough saucers and supplies to enjoy the bread which was served deliciously. The children waited longer for hot dog meals while some adults had began eating. The process of checking out was very timely and tiresome. Please correct the food issue ASAP as it is important in these trying times with inflation. We had to also pass around menus amongst one another because it wasn’t enough per couple/per person.
