First time here, very nice. It was our anniversary, and they comped us our dessert, which was the best carrot cake ever. Staff friendly and attentive but not intrusive, food all high quality although one or two flubs on the prep (my wife's steak was not done quite as she liked, and I had the scallop app which was badly overcooked and rendered leathery and stringy despite the actual product being of high quality. Couldn't eat it.) Cocktails were excellent and creative. Ambience was quite pleasant with one major complaint - the noise level. By far the loudest expensive restaurant we've been in. I'd go back, but only for a special occasion, since for a tab close to $300 for two (including tip) I'd like to see them figure out how to mute the din, and how to cook a scallop.
Our server Dave was fantastic. He made it a dining experience instead of just dinner.
Great service starting with John our waiter… and lots of good attention from the manager Chris who secured a special wine for us. The food was exceptional, it’s always great but tonight was just over the top perfect! Always a favorite spot so we frequent regularly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Top notch service but this is nothing new. Food is always amazing. We always say ok, next time we’ll try a different restaurant.. but why??? We just have to keep going back, its that good and we love the experience. They treat us well!

The food here is always good-that goes without question. But what is more amazing here is the service. The wait staff are concerned without being intrusive. And if they feel they are intrusive they apologize. Ive been here many times and will always return. They even gave my husband a piece of cake for his birthday to take home since we were full!
A very classy restaurant with top shelf food and bar selections, very personal service, and superb ambiance. This is our favorite room in the Lehigh Valley.
The only negative part of our experience was the man I spoke to on the phone at 9:50pm, the evening before our reservation. I called to ask if I could add one more person to our reservation for 4 people and was told a flat out no. He said there was no room to add one more person and the restaurant was completely sold out on 5/24. However, when we arrived last night we were seated at a booth large enough to add at least 2 more people to our table and there were multiple empty tables around us throughout the duration of our 3 hour dinner. In the end a Lehigh graduate who’s family wasn’t able to have dinner with him dinner due to issues with they’re flight back home, ended up with nobody to eat with instead of joining us. I told this to the man who answered the phone the previous night and he was very insensitive, uncaring and completely wrong in the end.

Our family went to celebrate our daughters high school graduation. We have dined her often and are never disappointed. Food was fabulous, drinks were tasty. Our server, Addison, was extremely cordial and super attentive! We are looking forward to our next dining experience at Top Cut!

Service provided by David was exceptional and made for a relaxing, comfortable experience. We opted for the filet and the special bone-in filet for out entrees. They were both perfectly prepared and flavorful. The Wedge Salad and Butter Lettuce Salad were fresh and full of large chunks of Feta and Blue Cheese respectively. Their wine selection is seriously extensive. Our dinner was topped off with a HUGE slice of "birthday" carrot cake that was so moist and yummy! Having been to steakhouses in Philadelphia and Chicago, the ambiance is "ok" a bit stark and probably nicer at night. The restaurant is also somewhat noisy. Better venue for a business dinner or friend's night out than a romantic meal. That said, the food and service is outstanding and we can't wait to go back!
I had the bone on filet which was probably the best steak I ever had. My wife had the branzino which she’s still raving about! The restaurant is 30 minutes from our home but well worth the trip!

Ordered dozen oysters, they brought 13 oysters, but one was empty, just shell. Oysters where completely without juice, dry on top a lot of chunks of shell in them, if I would be so cautious I could have cut my throat etc. And Cezar salad was just a shame. I mean don’t even understand how they can do this.
Steak was good tho.
