We've been coming to Topgolf Reno for years, and it continues to be one of our favorite places to visit. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit enjoyable from start to finish. Now that we have kids, it's even more special because we get to bring them along to enjoy the experience with us. It's a fun place for the whole family, whether you're there to golf, eat, or just spend quality time together. We always have a great experience and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

There was only one employee working for the entire business. She was working hard and being pulled in several different directions but honestly it was ridiculous. She never offered us menus, and she couldn’t make any of the three different drinks I asked for. So we ended up with nothing but water and had to go somewhere else for dinner and drinks. And the simulator kept freezing and took forever to load. Very disappointing, will never go again.

No food was served but that wasn’t clear before we got there or we would have made other plans. Half the games don’t work.

We had such an amazing time. Such a great value for the amount of time we were there. We played for HOURS!!!! The kids played some dodge ball and the rest of us had so much fun with the other games. Great fun for the whole group. I rated the food one star because I don't think they serve food. The service was fantastic. We will definitely visit again the next time we visit Reno.

Machines seemed to run S-L-O-W on purpose to eat up time. Lady set it up but didn't know anything about the courses available. Accuracy was pretty hit or miss. Putting was a disaster. Wouldn't do it again for the price. And it is NOT a restaurant nor does it serve food, so forcing someone to assign it a star rating is misleading.

A fun place to spend an hour, especially if you have kids with you. This is a refreshing departure from the typical arcade. .Multiple games and game modes. If there was a food or drink menu, I never saw one. But we had staff check on us several times to make sure our needs were met.

Drove down the mountain from Tahoe on a Saturday to get out of the snow for a day and have some fun with my 16 year old son in Reno and had a blast in the Top Golf Suite. I booked an hour and wished that we had more time as it was super enjoyable. We played only golf games on the simulator but with more time would have liked to tried the other sports games. We just ordered a couple of sodas so no food was purchased but the service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The golf bag we had was missing a few clubs and a few could use new grips but all in all a great experience. We'll be back to do it again!

All was good, except I had asked when I checked in if they took Top Golf gift cards and was told yes !! When we were done and I gave them the gift cards, I was told that they were not accepted at this place because this was a top golf swing suite and not a Top Golf!!! Was very disappointed that I was given the wrong information in the beginning!!
