   We came to Toro Toro for a birthday dinner. Everything was perfect! We left our car with the complimentary valet service and headed inside. We were seated immediately due to our reservations. The server was so knowledgeable about the menus and had wonderful suggestions. We will definitely be back!

   We were out celebrating ours sons 18th birthday and wanted to go to Toro Toro as we have been numerous times and it’s been great. This time NOT GREAT!! First asked to see about different table and were told could not move to the one we usually have, however know one ever sat at the table we wanted. Strike One! Then our food was delayed a considerable amount of time and waitress brought over what we were told was birthday desert, before dinner ever arrived! STRIKE TWO! Finally, she never brought anything to celebrate the event after dinner just a check! STRIKE THREE!! We loved the place and food but this night was a HUGE miss. Not sure we will give it another chance, $400 dinner with 2 teenagers and all three STRIKES makes it hard to go back to with so many options in Fort Worth.

   The steaks were phenomenal. I had the Salmon which was excellent, and my wife and daughter had the burger, the best I've tried in a long time. The empanadas for appetizers were awesome. Finished everything off we shared the tres leches, and layered crepe desert. Great dinner.

   The Amarillo Ceviche was too salty, but the Heirloom Tomato & Burrata was excellent (needed a little salt, which was easily added). The grilled salmon and Cusco chicken were excellent. Was refreshing to have excellent service again.

    The food and service was excellent. I would consider a hidden gem for Fort Worth as the crowd was small for a Saturday night. Being located in a hotel likely keeps the profile low. Nevertheless an enjoyable evening.

    Food was really good. Waitress was good just when we first sat down and hostess introduced us to our waiter she then came back to say so sorry that person is about to leave so you will have someone else. Seemed like our waitress had too many tables to handle but she did do a good job for what she was up against. Getting drink refills took way too long along with bringing out other things but it was truly due to she was given too many tables to take care of and give excellent service to.

    Had the Churrasco for two and had a wonderful experience. Definitely pricey but you get a lot for the $. Service was great and so were the cocktails. We look forward to coming back again!

    This was our first visit and will definitely not be the last! Everyone was friendly and fun. We had the pleasure of being served by Alex who was wonderful and informative about the restaurant and cuisine! He made wonderful suggestions that did not disappoint! Overall the food was delicious, the atmosphere was comfortable and beautiful and the staff was attentive and accommodating! A wonderful way to spend our anniversary!

    We have eaten here several times before and never had a bad experience. Decided to book for a Valentines Day experience Toro Toro was having for $190 per couple. When we show up, we are sat in a room that reminded us of a diner. It was just my wife and I, but we were sat at a booth big enough for 6 people. In the center of the room was a table of businessmen that were extremely loud, which made it very hard to have a conversation with my wife and far from an intimate dinner we had imagined. We asked the hostess if we could be moved somewhere else. We were moved to a room by the hostess stand, which was better. When our waiter came over, we told him we were going to have the special Valentines dinner, Dia De San Valentin. After he left, we waited about 10 minutes for water. A short time later, the appetizer came out and it was amazing. For the main course, we both chose grilled filet mignon and prawns. From the time our appetizer was served until the main course was seved, our waiter never came by to see if we needed anything. Approximately 45 minutes after getting our appetizer, we were finally served the main course.The look on my face of utter disappointment was evident to my wife. The filet mignon was just a slice. The filet was cold, not even room temperature. The plate wasn't even warm. I spoke with the manager and told him I understand that they are busy, but I wasn't going to eat the cold meal, and I didn't want anything else in its place. I asked how big the slice was, and he said it was 4oz. I don't believe it was 4oz, maybe 2 or 3 oz, but not 4 oz. He apologized profusely. In all the years of eating out, I have never complained to a manager, but my wife and I felt that whoever came up with the menu was trying to pretty much scam couples that were trying to enjoy a Valentines dinner. The couple at the table next to us overheard my complaints to the manager and agreed with everything we said.

    It was really nice for a relaxed cozy dinner out & date night. Our server was really sweet but a bit slower towards the end. We had to wait a while for the check and for him to collect it. Other than that the food was amazing - we got the pork tenderloin, the wedge salad w poblano blue cheese dressing, the grilled avocado and the guacamole to start. Can’t complain at all about the food. And I got one of the cocktails off the menu and they made it a mocktail for me - also amazing.

    Our experience was amazing! We selected the Bottomless Brunch, it was a sample of several menu items and all were very well prepared; our server, Jovan was stellar! I would recommend Toro Toro for any occasion but Saturday brunch especially.

    We decided to celebrate my husbands Bday here. This is the second time we have been here in just a few months. Usually the service is pretty good but this time it was HORRIBLE.. Our reservation was for 8:30 and we sat down pretty quickly. Servers name was Alex and he took a bit longer than usual to ask for drinks & appetizers. But once he came to our table we decided to order our drinks with appetizers at about 8:45pm and yes I am a restaurant critic and I time everything with the precise time. We ordered sweet corn empanadas which were delicious but they didn’t show up to our table until 9:20pm. It was pretty much a waiting game. The server came back to us and asked if our order was correct around 8:55pm this is when I mentioned our appetizer. And I noticed everyone around us wasn’t waiting for food or appetizers. People behind our table (different server) ordered appetizers and got it within 15 minutes. Now for the food that we order around 8:45 with the appetizers (ordered the charo charo dish that feeds 2) didn’t arrive at our table until 9:33pm. This was well over 45 minutes just waiting for food. It was such a disappointing experience especially for such a special occasion. The food was great but the server was bad.

    I took my girlfriend here for a birthday brunch, we were blown away. Absolutely great waitress Emily who made the whole experience a joy. This was our first time being there and will definitely be back. I recommend going here for any occasion

    Food was good, but the price paid for the amount of food we got wasn’t worth it. Our waiter said “oh the sides are able to feed a family of 3, they are big” when we got the sides we were like what is this.

    Absolutely excellent food! We tried a lot on the menu. Started with the swordfish dip and octopus. Then we had kale salads. For our entrée, we shared the large platter of the assortment of meats, the brussels sprouts, and three-way potatoes. All were cooked to perfection! And we had the Tres leches cake for dessert. Along with wine and cocktails, we found the evening to be very expensive, but also worth it for a special occasion!
