We celebrated our first year anniversary here on December 3rd and it was the perfect experience. I’ll always request to have Elizabeth as our waitress because she was simply phenomenal.

Such a wonderful meal… from the delicious appetizers of fois gras, the fromage plate, and the escargot to all the group’s various entrees, to the amazing beignets with the most delectable cafe au lait mousse…all served perfectly by dear Abbie. Not one complaint at all. Toulouse is truly one of our favourite places in Dallas.

Hadn’t eaten here in several years, but while the ambience is still attractive, the food and service seems to have deteriorated significantly in the interim. The moules frites were served in an utterly tasteless broth. The waiter failed to mention the prices of the specials (including the $68 sole meunière, which was mediocre at best). He was also hopelessly ignorant of the wines on offer. We’re not likely to dine here again any time soon.

Have visited Toulouse several times previously, which is why we returned. We split a salad (the server forgot the bacon on the side, but that was quickly rectified). Of greater concern was the small bug in my friend's salad. We sent the dish back and it was replaced with a new salad. The French baguette slices were a delicious accompaniment to both the salad and entree (Moules). The mussels were a bit too salty but still acceptable. Large portion when you order the entre sized dish, which includes frites on the side. Skipped dessert but enjoyed cappuccino and espresso. Overall a good but not the best visit we've had here.

I met Mr. Lombardi last time I was there. He truly took the time to welcome his guests and we even spoke Italian and French. He is a very pleasant person. He also invited us to his other restaurants and invited us to the VIP section of the speak easy… I always have a fun time at his restaurants.

The food was fabulous, especially the halibut in parchment and the souffle. Service was good until main course was served. Then our waiter disappeared off the face of the earth. 20 minutes after finishing our main course, another waiter finally asked if we wanted desert. Love the restaraunt but not the waiter.

Lunch for friends birthday celebration. Everything was very good. Our waiter was attentive. Only comment is it wasn't obvious where the valet parking was, it took us a round trip to locate. Overall everything was very good.

After reading some of the review, I expected this place to be spectacular, but I found it to be mediocre at best. To start with, we had the warm brie and french onion soup for appetizers. The brie was just ok, but the soup was actually pretty good. For the main course, I had the bouillabaisse, which was subpar at best. I found it to be lacking in flavor for the most part, and the portion size left much to be desired. My wife had the salmon, which we both found to be quite bland. The best part of the dish were the brussel sprouts that it was served with. To top it off, I got physically sick during the night suffering from 'digestive challenges', to put it mildly, so the entire experience was horrible. I would not go back to this restaurant under any circumstance.

Such a fun birthday celebration! Lisa was our server, and we had excellent service! We did not have an empty wine glass or water glass all night. Food was great, especially the trout almandine. Fun profiterole desert with bday candle and singing from a very enthusiastic male server! We'll be back to this neighborhood gem!
