Designed in the spirit of intimate Tokyo omakase rooms, this private, wood-lined space is defined by clean lines, natural materials, and a calm, minimalist aesthetic. The Private Omakase Room accommodates 1–4 guests and features our 18-course Premium Edomae Omakase, prepared using traditional techniques and includes fish flown in directly from Japan multiple times per week.
