The food was not very good her, we all ordered something different and none of us were impressed. But the atmosphere is nice. It seem like a nice spot to just link up and have drinks and party favors. Nothing more.
Told we would have a space heater but the waitress didn't bring one we asked a few more times because other tables seated after us were having ones brought out to them...
This was so fun! Love the atmosphere, food was AMAZING, and good covid set up. My boyfriend LOVED it here & that’s pretty a pretty challenging feat when we go out, so we will definitely go back again to check out the rest of the menu!
Not pleased with our waitress. She ignored us for the majority of the time but she was nice when she did approach us. Food was good.
Menu was misleading in terms of bottomless drinks... never been to brunch where they charge you so much per person. Wild. Even in NYC.
Had to wait a few minutes for our table but no real issues. Staff was friendly
Wonderful atmosphere! Loved the food, great service! Will definitely come back.
We arrived at 1:30 and put our order in roughly around 2:12. We didn't get our food until 3:30. We had to ask our waiter about our order and were told that it was a busy transition from brunch to dinner and that was causing a delay in the kitchen but we saw people who arrived after us receive their food. During the entire length of time waiting, no one explained to us what was happening or apologized for the delay. Our waters were refreshed but our server didn't come around often enough to even allow us to order more drinks. Eventually we asked to speak to a manager and while one of the employees said she would get the manager we ended up having to call from inside the restaurant to speak to someone. Again we were told it was the transition from brunch to dinner which caused the nearly hour and a half delay with our food. The manager comped our meal but at that point it was too little to account for the poor service. I wouldn't recommend.
Service was slow and inconsistent. Food was good. Not sure if we would go back.
Food was great. The outdoor seating was great. A gentleman even brought another heater for us without us asking. Nice time! Would def return
Awesome outdoor set up with individual tvs for the different huts. Well heated and well separated
Food was amazing and service was quick! We made a reservation well in advance but they ended up putting us at an uncovered picnic table in the back alley, which was disappointing. Great ambiance though and the music was fun, would love to go back again!
Food was ok not great and it took over an hour to even get our food and we were told we only had 25 minutes left to stay when we hadn’t gotten our food yet
Had a reservation for 8 on but didn’t get seated until after 8:30
I typically love Trademan’d
Waitress was amazing, management were absolute a s s holes. I get it, there’s a 90-min limit, but maybe tell people when they arrive for their reservation that that’s the case. Forced us put the door as we had two rounds of drinks still on the way.. as were actively spending money. Ridiculous.
First brunch since the ~pandemique~ started and felt super comfy in their outdoor tents. Food was great, drinks were awesome, service was good
fun atmosphere and delicious food!
Nora was great
Made a reservation outside for 6 and was told that nothing was available outside. Manager proceeded to not allow our party to sit together and said “making a reservation does not reserve a table” which is the definition of reservation. Food and drinks were fine but overall was a frustrating experience.
had a 9:15pm reservation, they sat us at a different table without a heater and made us wait 45mins to tell us that our table isn't ready to get up yet so we had to sit in the cold while the other tables were well over their hour and a half limit.
There is nothing more frustrating in life, than deciding to go to a "sports" bar, and when you walk in and sit at table directly in front of the TV, the channel is tuned into the Temple TV news station doing a news story on covid19 vaccines. . . At 6pm on a Saturday. This is a common problem at Tradesman - multiple times I have gone to this establishment to watch a game and on the TV is something completely unrelated to sports OR it is showing the most niche game (for example Saturday there was college hockey on two screens) instead of a major sports telecast. No one in this group of restaurants has any idea on how to correctly perform "active TV management" where when one game ends you have the wherewithal to change the channel to a correct game. Numerous times I have been told "only the manager knows how to change the channel." A true shame.
Servers and hosts were friendly. We sat outside in the tents with our own tv, which was pretty amazing. Service was great, and felt safe and distanced from others.
Brunch was AMAZING! Eggs were perfect, avacado was so fresh and the tots were crispy! Will def be going again!
Everything was great, waitress was attentive and the food was Awesome 👍. We'll be back soon.
The food was good and my friends and I had a good time. My only issue was I booked a reservation for a tent. When we checked in I was told there were no tents available. I asked how can I make a reservation for a tent and there not be one. Was instructed they had a few walk ups.
I’m sorry if you make a reservation for a particular seating, it should be honored. Instead we were put outside in the cold night and the heaters did not help.
Shameful!!
No champagne, sad!!!!!
Great date with a good friend of mine! Cheesesteak egg rolls were so good! Definitely a young crowd and good bar vibe despite Covid.
Amazing service! Our waiter/bartender was super nice and fun. Food was pretty good. The atmosphere is definitely what I would go back for. And music plays during dinner.
Very friendly staff. Food was okay just needed a bit of seasoning. But all in all a great experience. Susie K our waitress was so sweet and nice. Had a smile on her face (even with a mask on) the whole night waiting tables. Will definitely be back again.
The service was great and the food was overall delicious. We will definitely be returning in the future. The menu is limited due to Covid-19 and they charged an additional 6% covid-19 tax “to adjust to rise of costs related to the pandemic. We were not aware of that until getting to the restaurant so be mindful of that additional charge.
Stimulus brunch was a great deal and good was great
Great food and friendly staff!
Food was good. Service was slow. They really rushed you out of your seats after 90 minutes even though it takes a lot of time for the wait staff to actually serve you. It’s pretty rude the way they rush you out of your seat after 90 minutes when they are slow to serve you.
It was freezing. Service was slow. And there wasn’t enough working heaters got every table.
Mac n cheese is a must! Quiet intimate setting with a very eclectic decor. Only thing is wish there was an option for build your own Mac n cheese with their meat selections. We didn’t want a full bbq meal but wanted to try it. Ended up with the nachos instead which were still delicious just very simple and basic.
Great food & great service! The atmosphere is awesome!
Spaced properly to be COVID friendly and food was outstanding!
From what we could see this restaurant was following all COVID regulations for dining indoor/ outdoors. We chose to eat inside after walking by and deciding to make a reservation. We were seated quickly and our server (can’t remember her name friendly, blond, pretty) made great suggestions and was engaging. The food was good as were our drinks and as we were leaving more tables were being seated. Overall we were in and out but didn’t feel rushed ( We are also mindful ).
Phlly restaurants need our support when we choose to dine out. This place is definitely trying to maintain a high standard of food and service even through challenges with COVID. I noticed everyone being aware of themselves and safety precautions while servicing guests. Please keep this up!
Our waiter did not seem like they wanted to be there and did not come back much. I understand its tradesmans and it's supposed to be loud but it was a little too loud for dining and trying to have a conversation regardless. I won't be back.
