A new lounge nestled among the artistic offerings of the San Francisco Symphony, Ballet, Opera and S.F Jazz. The latest project from Chef Loretta Keller, in conjunction with the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Situated in the Bowes Center for Performing Arts, we offer an inviting lounge ambiance with live music each night from the emerging talent of SFCM as well as visiting musicians, all complimented with Chef Keller’s cuisine which honors the culinary traditions of San Francisco. Seasonal cocktails with premium ingredients and boutique wines from both local producers as well as European standouts rounds out the menu, with a dedicated section of handcrafted non-alcoholic cocktails. Uccello Lounge is EXACTLY what SF Hayes Valley needed! Right in the heart of the arts district, surrounded by the Symphony Hall, Opera, Ballet, & SF Jazz; makes this place the PERFECT pre-theatre dinner destination or after show drinks & dessert with friends. Chef Loretta Keller has PERFECTED the menu, with incredible choices for everyone and an extensive bar and wine list. AND to top it all off....LIVE MUSIC nightly from SF Conservatory of Music Students. This is a MUST VISIT.

Food is excellent but the acoustics are amazing. Even with piped-in music and other diners, you could have a conversation in a normal tone of voice. We look forward to many future meals there and to hearing their musicians. This time we were going to a concert and missed the Ucella performers.

Got there at 7:00pm. Nice place across from Symphony Hall. In the Music Conservatory building. Jazz Music started at 8:00pm. Nice Piano, Drum and Bass well played and enhanced the experience. I think they were students. The piano player was great. Not loud which was nice. Drinks were very well made and imaginative. The food was disappointing. Cheese sticks lacked flavor. Fried calamari was just bad. The cod had good flavor but was way overpriced at$38.00 for what it was. Bread with the sauce would have been nice. So it was a mixed bag experience.

Got to listen to a live piano and vocal duo from the conservatory. Food and service was excellent and after everyone left for the symphony we had the restaurant to ourselves.

We had a wonderful pre-symphony dinner - service was excellent, thoughtful, helpful, and nice. Food presentation was beautiful and tasted delicious. We made another reservation for dinner next week because we loved it so much.

We had dinner at Uccello before a show at SF Jazz and will definitely be back again! The cocktails were unique and delicious, the food was superb, the wine list has excellent options and the service was top-notch. It is expensive, but worth it.
