Vegas Test Kitchen
Variety of food on different days: Bagels, Pizza, Pies, Sushi, Vegan Eats, Ceviche and rotating Guest Chefs!
The Vegas Test Kitchen opened during the pandemic, December 2020, to give chefs and restauranteurs the opportunity to start a business without the major overhead. Our hours and menus always change but it's never boring! There are seven resident chefs serving seven different cuisines Thursday - Sunday and guest chefs pop in Monday - Wednesday.
Always refer to the VTK calendar for daily concept hours.
* We are a cashless operation. You will need smart phone or computer to order and pay. WHY?? We use a technology called GoTab that allows our guests to order from more than one business in the same transaction. It also split up the payment so our chefs are paid directly per transaction.

Morgan our server made the whole experience excellent, accommodated a table change and assisted with menu selections, and did this all the while taking care of 5 other tables in a space that filled up literally in 20 minutes. Morgan displays excellent service in a high pressure environment.
Really fun time - can order multiple different types of food.
Amazing experience, food and staff. I cannot wait to return over-and-over again.
Small place that was absolutely bustling. Servers were polite but stretched a bit thin but easily going above and beyond. If you have a little patience and want a unique experience check it out!
Decided to try it asa unique restaurant suggestion on Google maps. We tried 5 different items and they were all wonderful and so different from anything we've tried before. Chef Daniel stopped by our table and he explained the concept and other ideas they are working on. We would definitely recommend it and we plan on going back again.
The food, although a very limited menu was great! Unfortunately the web page was very unclear about how The Test Kitchen works. We went on a Tuesday only to find out there was only one vendor with a menu available. When we went we thought my husband would have choices since ceviche and octopus are not his thing. I ended up being the only one eating because they didn't have any other choices. Not what I had imagined we would be doing!
Absolutely a nice and calm atmosphere. food was phenomenal. such a great experience
The Black Pearl menu is AMAZING
What a wonderful concept for a restaurant. The food and drinks were amazing. I chose from three of the menus and had a California roll, a pepperoni pizza, and the scallop w/oyster sauce tacos. I would order all three again. The drinks menu was interesting in the best way and the service was prompt and friendly.
Go here now.
The food was excellent. The service was great. A unique experience for sure. You order from your phone. Different restaurants are featured each night. Check ahead. Remember it's a test kitchen. It's in the Art District of Las Vegas. Parking can be interesting. Night time can be more interesting in the area.
Vegas Test Kitchen is a very unique and awesome spot. With all the varied cuisines on different days, it is interesting to see which menus you can choose from. However, each and every menu is delicious. Our favorite bites are the elote pizza and the VGK sushi roll. I recommend Vegas Test Kitchen.
