Food was great, we really enjoyed our meal. The only think that could have been better was our drink service. Was very slow and would have like a second round of drinks but there was no one to serve us.

As always, our night at Verace was great. However, when I asked for a wine glass instead of a schooner glass which came with an ordered apple & orange cider, the reply was that there was no wine glasses left due to big groups having dinner and “using them all.” A restaurant of Verace’s calibre that doesn’t have enough wine glasses for dinner service?

Everything good & Great food. Only problem I have is that it’s too hard to book. I don’t agree leaving credit card details. I have tried to book to take clients but am unable to leave credit card details so I take them elsewhere.

The food as always was outstanding . However the service was subpar on this occasion. Having to ask 3 different service staff for wine glasses and watching 3 of them whispering and pointing at us was frustrating and uncomfortable . Yes it was a busy night but they had ample staff

The food at Verace is consistently good. The service was ok. To be told the kitchen is closing at 2:45pm on Father’s Day, without much warning, was disappointing.
