Vincenzo’s Ristorante

Seemed very packed for Covid restrictions. We’ve been there several times during the pandemic and never felt uncomfortable until this weekend. Definitely so not go right now if you are worried about covid.

We left and didn’t even eat. There were zero social distancing rules in place. Not even 2 feet between tables let alone 6 feet. Every table was filled to capacity. They should be ashamed of themselves, horrible business model for their employees.

We had reservations for 6pm. Arrived a little early and were seated by 5:50. Ordered drinks and our meal by 6. Had our drinks, soup, and salad by 6:10. Then waited 1-1/2 hours and no meal. We overheard other tables mention they were waiting for over 2 hours and no food. Others complained of cold, undercooked, or incorrect food. We told our waitress we needed to leave as we had future plans. Then we were offered, if we can wait 10 more mins, they would have our order to go. I declined because we had already waited long enough. After hearing all the food issues everyone else was having, I wasn't going to pay for undercooked or incorrect meals. And if we couldn't get our meals in 1-1/2 hours, how were we getting it in 10 minutes. We paid for our drinks and left. It seemed they were much more interested in their curbside than the people actually in the establishment. We have been there many times. But we will be going elsewhere going forward. The wait time and other issues we overheard are completely unacceptable. We have enjoyed Vincenzos everytime we have gone. Unfortunately, we will not be going back.

Food and prices were great. We were sat right away, but service was a tad slow. Definitely will be back for our next date night!

We are frequent diners here. They never disappoint.

We had a reservation for our 4 young children and my husband and I. We arrived 30 mins early, but we had to wait for our reservation time, plus extra time past our reservation time. Not a huge deal, since we know it’s busy during dinner on a Saturday night. Our waitress was very friendly, and she came to our table right away to take our drink order and bring us bread. Had it not been so busy, it would have been nice if she could return to ask if we wanted more bread, only because the kids were really hungry after all the waiting, and then it did end up taking well over an hour and a half before their entrees came out. I felt bad that the kids’ food took so long, since we ordered all the food at the same time.
The food and atmosphere were all great. We tried a coffee-rubbed scallop appetizer special, and that was delicious. I had the vegetable homemade ravioli with chicken added, and that was really yummy too. My husband had a snapper special, which was also great. The kids enjoyed all their food too; chicken tenders, mac & cheese, spaghetti, and grilled cheese. It just took far too long to get them. We ended up taking most of the food home, since the portions are super generous! We also had some delicious cocktails — a special apple cinnamon margarita, and the colada.
Parking could have been a nightmare, but we got very lucky with a spot in the front. There are way too many cars for such a small lot, and there were many vehicles parked along the road.
Overall, we loved the food and the service. It did end up taking quite a while, but we were warned by the waitress of that, so we knew to expect that. I appreciate that she let us know. We would return, but maybe during a less busy time.

Took two hours to get food. Take out business was very busy. Waitress was a little less than friendly. Food was good and ambience is nice.

Our only concern we had while there was every other table was not blocked off to social distance tables. Other then that.....awesome!

Was traveling from out of state and passed this restaraunt which we figured we would take a shot. Excellent food and service. We were a little concerned with social distancing but everyone was far apart. Great restaraunt!

The food was great. Had Chicken Alfredo , took home Chicken Marsalis . Everything was fresh , hot and delicious! Salad and rolls rounded out our meal. Service was great. Will be returning .
