Love the service! The food is really good but it does take a lot of time. The bartender explained to us that everything is made to order, and that’s why it takes so long. If you have Can wait this is a really good place. And the service is great. We will be back tomorrow : )

Couldn’t resist going back to this hidden gem in Condado . Again it did disappoint I had the rice with shrimp omg delicious it was fantastic the flavors were amazing tasted like abuelas rice. My husband is a rice and beans guy . He had rice beans and their famous alcapurrias . We ate at waiters on November 7 and had to go back on Saturday the 11 thats how good the food is. Service was excellent our server was very attentive and friendly. Please give this restaurant a try. IT’s right across the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel. I will be back next time we are in Puerto Rico.

Waiter's has been our go-to place ever since 2009 when my wife and I stumbled on it. The food, service, and overall experience are great. They never disappoint. I recommend this place to anyone.

Juan took are order and gave us recommendations on what to eat. May I say it was so delicious!! We went twice! Wish I would have know at the beginning of our trip because it would of been an everyday thing! Amazing.

Decided to try on a co-workers recommendation and I was extremely happy to have tried it. The service is very friendly and the food is AMAZING! From the second we stepped inside we felt welcomed and Juan was a great host. Best meal we had in San Juan.

We had a great dinner! We ate whole fish red snapper, stuffed avocado with seafood, and creole chicken. The special old fashioned drink is excellent. I wish I could capture the smell to share.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food quantity and quality which is often hard to do. Highly recommend and I would come back! For appetizers, we got the empanadas of the day which was chicken, fried Puerto cheese with guava sauce and soup of the day which was plantain. All of it was fantastic. My wife and son ordered sodas and I got a piña colada with rum which was also great. For entrees, I got the pork ropa vieja mofongo, my son got the chicken mofongo (his first time trying mofongo), and my wife ordered the burger with truffle fries. For dessert we shared a flan de queso (wife and son’s first time and they loved it). The food was great and not overpriced for quality and quantity.

The food was incredible. Family got the Caribbean wings, seafood paella, fried snapper, empanadas and the tempura mahi-mahi bites. All were delicious. Attentive, knowledgeable staff. I will be back.

If you're looking for really good local food come here. We came here for my boyfriends birthday desperate for some delicious food after days of trying other places. If you go with no expectations you'll be pleasantly surprised. We started with some basic bar drinks, the garlic mussels and some kind of fish with potatoe sticks as appetizer, entree was the fried snapper and paella with steak chicken sausage and plantains, then ended with coconut flan. Service was also really good. I'm telling you, we know good food. And this was good, fresh food.

One of the best dinners we have had in a long time. Service was outstanding. Ordered the skirt steak Puerto Rican rice which was so delicious. Also the empanadas for an appetizer. Highly recommend.

Got our food almost an 1.5 late. When it came out it wasn’t even good. Bathrooms were disgusting. Drinks were horrendous unless you order a mojito only drinkable one. If you order a water it’s not free but they won’t tell you that till you get the bill.

The food is so good here, we went twice in 3 nights. That's all you really need to know. Paella for two the second night was outstanding as were the mojitos. Welcoming and warm atmosphere. Nothing fancy, just great authentic Puerto Rican food at a great value. I just wish we were here one more night!

The only thing we did not like, was sitting next to the bathroom. This is a small place though, so seating with reservations is still limited. Hands down the best food we had.

Don't let the outside appearance fool you...the food and service are excellent! Authentic and flavorful...definitely one of the best meals we had in Puerto Rico! Hidden gem and reasonably priced. Drinks were good too!

My husband and I were seated at one of two tables in the front window. Prime location. My husband had the Mahi and I had the surf & turf. Both were very tasty. We tried two different bottled beers and both were very good.

An absolute must when you’re in Condado! To pass this dining experience up would be a mistake. They have the most delicious bbq ribs w/ a decadent sauce that will make you want seconds. The rum punch is extra special & you need at least 2! I truly enjoyed this quaint but outstanding resturant full of charm. I can’t wait to visit again because the food & service was top tier! Make your reservation asap & thank me later.

Juan and Javier were amazing! The food and service was impeccable. The drinks were the best! Here is what you have to try: passion fruit mojitos, mofongo with the creole sauce and any food toppings, and do not forget to have dessert! The cheesecake flan and tres leches were out of this world. Karaoke after midnight was fun. The staff makes sure that everyone is accommodated and are enjoying their meal. My friend is a vegetarian and they went above and beyond to make sure her experience was meat free. Thank you for a great first night in Condado.

All 4 of us, different tastes, really enjoyed everything. Started with parmesan truffle fries and mahi mahi bites, thanks to our waiter Javier letting us know that because everything is cooked to order that it may be a wait for our entrees. Both were good. Tom Collins was best my wife had ever had and that's her favorite drink. I had an amazing piña colada. Entrees were skirt steak and rice and beans (really great steak; the marinade is so good and the cook on the steak was perfect); shrimp mofongo; and the star of the night: steak, spicy crab and avocado mofongo... my first experience with mofongo.... I don't know if they're all like this or if it's a good representation of mofongo, but it was one of the best things I've ever eaten. Yum.

The service was great and superb friendly! The drinks were delicious and fast! The food was good but disappointingly slow. We went just after a long day of meetings and some of the coworkers were hungry and ended losing their appetite for the long wait for the food to come out. Still, I will go back for the service and the Margaritas!

This place NEVER disappoints me!!!! Even after returning 3years later they are still good! Great service! Nice ambiance! Food is delicious. Fresh. Perfect portions! The drinks, hands down, one of the best pina coladas I’ve had! Went to another popular spot and the coladas were HORRIBLE! The Skirt steak was cooked just right! Tender! Seasoned well! The empanadas were sooo tasty! Lets not forget the shrimp and chicken rice with the plaintains, so good! If you haven’t visited, please do!!!!
