We came to Welly’s for my daughter’s 27th birthday. It is one of her favorite places to eat. (She actually ordered lunch from Welly’s earlier in the day!) Our waiter was attentive and friendly as was the manager. We had a great evening out with the family.

We were seated outside per our reservation but we were directly below the speaker for the entire outside dining area. It was so loud we honestly couldn’t hear one another let alone our server. We did ask if it was possible to turn it down but it didn’t change. The service was very slow perhaps due to staffing challenges.

We've been getting their take-out since they opened (during the Pandemic) and decided it was time to eat indoors. Food is fantastic, service great. Tables are nicely spaced out, not too crowded. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Mothers Day Brunch. We reserved outside seating. I was called the day before asking to confirm outdoor was okay as they had no indoor dining to accommodate any changes. However when we arrived there were several tables available indoors and even when we departed, the same 2-3 tables remained empty within that hour timeframe we were there, so I think they could have accommodated if I asked. The food was delicious, however $27 for Seafood Risotto --I counted 3 shrimp, 2 small pieces of lobster, 2 scallops, and 4 mussels-- I just wish there was a little more to this dish. Husband got the chicken and waffles--amazing! Son got the Monte Cristo Breakfast Sandwich and there was not a bite left! I always recommend Welly's.

We had reservations for Mothers Day brunch. I went with my elderly parents and had requested a booth. There were plenty of booths open at 10:00 am but we were not seated at one. Online the brunch menu had omlets listed as a choice. We all wanted omlets, the waiter took our order and came back to say that they were not offering omlets for MothersDay. Just 1 egg dish listed on the menu but 2 options listed for french toast? Not the best experience especially for Mothers Day. Will not be back.

I've heard good things about Welly's so decided to try it. The food was great, the service was as well. What I loved most is that the food came out hot. So many restaurants can't seem to get that right. Will definitely go back.

I would recommend to anyone. Waiter awesome. Food excellent. We all had the fish special. Sat out side ! A little scary with that traffic. Overall excellent.

The only reason I gave three stars for service was because my date and I both asked for mango margaritas. They brought us house margaritas. When we told them about the mixup the waitress took them and threw them out. It was busy at the bar, so we had to wait for more drinks. Then they brought us out the same exact drinks. When I pointed out the mistake she said no this is mango. I’m sorry I know what mango taste like. Disappointed in the drinks however the food was delicious.

While my daughter was very happy with her meal, I had asked before ordering if they had real maple syrup. The waiter asked in the kitchen and said yes, so I ordered pancakes. They then delivered a container of the fake sugary syrup to the table. I think there is a problem with communication there. Everyone was very nice but it was too late to change my order. It was very loud both times I have eaten indoors. I am also not happy that they give out styrofoam take out containers. It is time for restaurants to shift to compostable materials as their neighbors on Main St. have for a few years now.

Easter Dinner- service was excellent, server was excellent, all staff working as a team was just awesome to see. Food is always awesome! 4 of us enjoyed our meal very much! We made a reservation and we were there a couple minutes early and we were greeted with smiles and walked to our seat’s! Thank you for making our Easter so pleasant 🌷💗🌸🐰

They have an hour and a half slotted per table and after 45 minutes I felt like they were ready for us to go - really pushed the food along. It didn't bother us too much and we still sat there until we were really ready to leave (hour and 15 min). We still had a nice time.

Parking is a nightmare in the revitalized downtown Hudson - our server was wonderful and fun - the food not so much. I had Amy's sliders - I wasn't asked how I wanted them cooked - I could have broken a window with them - like hockey pucks - thank goodness for the onion rings which were delicious!!!

The food is delicious and they have a variety of options. Pretty good cocktails menu as well. (I got a strawberry jalapeño martini). I have been many times and recently went for my birthday. As usual, an outstanding meal, large portion size, and very affordable.

The food was amazing, absolutely everything we had hoped. I had made a reservation and requested a somewhat side table to celebrate my fiance's birthday via the messaging on the website when you schedule a reservation. We were sat immediately, even though we were early, but were placed right smack in the middle of everything with a table that utilized the wall bench and a single chair. It felt a little on top of each other. We sat there for a bit while we waited for someone to take our order and only saw our server when food was coming out. But the place was extremely busy, the food came out very quick and was absolutely delicious. Would still highly recommend this restaurant.
