I went to Wild Honey BBQ in the Tropicana in Atlantic City and honestly, WOW! The staff was absolutely phenomenal and were so friendly and really knowledgable about the menu. We started out with the Big and Corn Bread Platter and I was obsessed with the honey butter. The Spinach and Artichoke Dip was so warm and the perfect start. But the Elote Salad was absolutely fantastic and I loved the char on the corn. We got the 4x4 Celebration Platter which came with four sides and four classic bbq favorites. We got the St. Louis Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, and the Beef Rib, and the Mac and Cheese, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Tater Tots, and Baked Beans. Everything was smoked and seasoned to perfection, but that BEEF RIB!!! 🤤🤤🤤 The Mac and Cheesy was cheeeeeesy but I loved the Garlic Mash! We also had to try the special of the night, a half BBQ chicken. This was so tender and I loved the flavor of the chicken. We couldn’t skip dessert, especially because they’re all made in house! The Banana Pudding was legendary and the Waffles and Ice Cream was the perfect bite. If you’re craving some BBQ while you’re in AC, look no further than Wild Honey BBQ!
