Barbara was a delight to deal with !! Her knowledge and experience is undoubtedly the best .. she ensured we all had a good time tasting and understanding the details.. I highly recommend Barbara to anyone who wants to attend bendooley for tasting. Other staff at the celler door was very helpful and customer friendly..

Great cellar door atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff to explain every single wine we tasted. Food at the restaurant is perfect and love the book barn and the fire place. Most recommended!

Bendooley Estate is a very beautiful wineyard. The location is very peaceful and serene. The wine tasting package was also very worth its value. The staff were also very friendly and were very helpful and enthusiastic in choosing which wines to taste.

Great ambience and service. Attended wine tasting and lunch. Our waitress at wine tasting acknowledged my birthday and was so friendly, no time pressures. We planned to visit other places but decided to stay here for the day instead. We'll be back !!

We were rushed through the tastings, brief overviews of wines, glasses weren't refreshed between whites and reds. Overall poor experience, was not motivated to buy any wines, and I always do at wine tastings. No sheet to show pricing to consider while doing the tastings, or to make notes.

Very picturesque venue, relaxed vibe, beautiful wines (with non alcoholic wines and cider choices) and yummy food - we had the cheese platter. Service was great. Highly recommend.

Long weekend, or even weekend translates to subpar service. We unfortunately had a weirdly passive aggressive server (not all definitely, but ours was) at the restaurant (Book Barn). Other than that, I loved the place.

Second time doing the wine tasting in 2 months as we wanted to bring friends to the experience. 1st time we came the lady that was doing the tasting was fantastic, took us through all the wines in detail hence we bought lots we we left. This time they were clearly understaffed and it felt very rushed, no explanation on wines being served other than which one we were having, we ended up buy on a few bottles this time. Cheese plate went well with the tasting we really enjoyed it.

Only had wine tastings and a simple rainbow olives dish. Olives were beautiful. The wines were extensive and very nice on the pallet. The new cellar door room was perfect.

We had a lovely wine tasting at Bendooley last week. We sat inside next to the fire, looking out on the vines. Deborah (I hope I've remembered correctly!) was delightful and the wines were delicious. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous hostess conducting our wine tasting . She was warm and welcoming and was very helpful in helping us with our wine selections . The tasting room was excellent and had created the perfect ambience.

What an amazing way to experience a wine tasting at such a beautiful location! We loved having our own table to be able to sit and enjoy both the wines and the company. The staff were great and it sure pays to have people working in the right field. You could tell the staff had a true passion for what they do and we appreciated the fabulous service. Highly recommend!

We love Bendooley and usually cannot fault it, however on this day they were understaffed and our tasting took nearly 2 hours, with long breaks in-between each sample, we were on a time limit of 1 hour as we were told that is how long it would take. I think they were just over-run as it was the Easter weekend. They most definitely needed more than 2 people working the Cellar Door.

An amazing experience! The staff offered excellent customer service! They were very friendly and helpful! The wines and food was of top quality and very tasty. The view of the vineyard was spectacular. Would definitely visit this winery again and recommend to other people! This is the Southern Highlands best-kept secret!
