Service was top notch. Caprese salad was oily but other dishes were good. WSW really needs to address the issue of direct sunlight in the late afternoon. Multiple diners needed to relocate in an effort to get out of the heat which ended up being a short-term solution since the sun reached all tables 30mins before sunset. Shades or tint of some sort would have made a world of difference in the comfort level of patrons and staff. The view is not worth sunburn and sweating. Staff did their best to accommodate, which is appreciated.

Last breakfast before checking out and going home.... Went for it and had the Classic Eggs Benedict (comes with salad!). The best part was the service and friendliness of the waitstaff who already know me by sight. I had breakfast and dinner just about everyday during my 4-day stay. Wonderful service and great choices on menu.

I was hungry for WSW's popular home-made corned beef hash, so I went for it. Perfection! Made my day. Working my way through the various menus during my 3-day staycation.... Making progress with dining at WSW and chilling out.

My over all experience was a great one. The food was tasteful and the service was excellent. They could have a bit more variety of desserts, and labeling the dishes would be wonderful verses opening every chaffing dish to see what’s inside. The prime rib and crab legs along with bottomless mimosas is great for the price that’s being charged. I know there’s been quite a bit of difference in opinion about the brunch, how ever it is nice to be able to even have a brunch again. I live in Kona, and for hilo to offer a Sunday brunch is amazing. The price is well set for the menu. I know they don’t have any pancakes or French toast but it still had an amazing selection and it’s wonderful for getting together with friends or family and enjoying quality time.

We had a great time at dinner! The food was fabulous and the service was excellent! The price was a steal! $50 dinner buffet is hard to come by, so we were appreciative! Will go again!
