Our server, Lorraine, was the highlight of the evening. The food portions were off the charts. Taste and texture of the beef were excellent, however the hot veggies and salad bar salad could have been better. Portuguese bean soup was really good. Pricing was such that with 5 dinks and dessert, the value was excellent, hands down! While we would definitely dine there again, we were informed that the format is changing and a return to buffet line dining is returning. All in all, we were thrilled with the food and service we received. Mahalo nui loa!!!!

We booked specifically for the crab legs and they weren’t fresh nor presented in an appetizing way. Sadly the value for money wasn’t there. The service and friendly staff were the best part!

The food was amazing and so was service…the reason I gave a bad score is that it is unbearably hot in the restaurant to the point where I had to leave because I was feeling sick

Service was top notch. Caprese salad was oily but other dishes were good. WSW really needs to address the issue of direct sunlight in the late afternoon. Multiple diners needed to relocate in an effort to get out of the heat which ended up being a short-term solution since the sun reached all tables 30mins before sunset. Shades or tint of some sort would have made a world of difference in the comfort level of patrons and staff. The view is not worth sunburn and sweating. Staff did their best to accommodate, which is appreciated.

Last breakfast before checking out and going home.... Went for it and had the Classic Eggs Benedict (comes with salad!). The best part was the service and friendliness of the waitstaff who already know me by sight. I had breakfast and dinner just about everyday during my 4-day stay. Wonderful service and great choices on menu.
