15 out of 10! We almost went elsewhere after reading lots of bad reviews on here, but our experience was perfect and we’ve already recommended 19 to friends. The room and views are beautiful, the food was fantastic and large portions, and the service and warmth and politeness of the staff (hostess, busser, and our waiter, Chris) made us feel so special! My husband and I also agree that our Bloody Mary’s were the best we’ve ever had. We’ll be back for sure!

I think I was just disappointed that many of the selections that we’re on the menu were not available. None of the brunch cocktails were available. Instead, their choices were only bloody Mary or Bellini’s. Additionally, their only choice of tea was earl, gray and green tea. Unfortunately, the water for the tea was not hot either it was just lukewarm. Ultimately, the service was very good and the ambience was beautiful. We happen to go when there was an overcast day but that did not spoil the beautiful view

Food took a very long time to arrive, but was tasty once it did. The bacon wasn't 5* quality (felt reheated), but everything else was truly fresh and tasty. Nice ambience and even nicer service. If I didn't have to wait so long for the food, I'd seriously consider giving 5* overall.

Nineteen was the best around - no longer! The service was abysmal and the food was so so. We ordered a carafe of mimosas and never got them. My friend was missing most of the food from her plate. After we got food the waitress returned with a check only.

Stunning venue, breathtakingly beautiful. However, the the most beautiful decorations (beaded lights) are taken away :( ... Staff is surely very nice and polite, food is mediocre. PS. marinated pears and fresh burrata were out of this world, but croissant sandwich and bagels were a bit disappointing. OVERALL, IT WAS A NICE EXPERIENCE, RECOMMENDED.

A delicious brunch, with an unexpected item, shakshuka, on the holiday special menu. It’s REALLY good. We also had a topnotch server, Yazid, and will ask for him again. We decided not to wait for another holiday to make a repeat visit.

For a high price tag, this experience left a lot to be desired. The service was extremely slow. Our server did everything in groups: took orders from several tables (I counted 4) at once, got all of the drinks for the tables at once (very precariously), and likely flooded the kitchen (rather than spacing them all out). The bloody marys were unexceptional and watery; I had the quinoa BLT bowl, which was very small and the bacon was non-existent - I think I found 3 small chunks in the bowl. Also - and I noticed this years ago when I visited - the entire dining room has a very strong, earthy smell to it - almost like mildew or mushrooms. It all takes away from the stunning views and gorgeously decorated space.

We chose this restaurant because we thought it would be very special. Nothing remarkable about the menu, food, ambience, or service, though. The hotel that houses it is also under pretty significant renovation, and the experience of merely getting to the table was not very *snazzy*

Miss dining in the Rotunda upstairs. Dining in the grand ballroom is so unimpressive. Food was pretty good as usual although the prawns were oddly slimy. Also annoying to have to go outside of the ballroom to order cocktails. The servers should do it. Usually dine here for Thanksgiving. This may be the last time.

Fortunately, we were able to get a refund. We THOUGHT we were going to be having a sit down dinner in the fabulous circular dining room on the 19th floor. Liars. The dinner was downstairs, buffet style in a windowless dining hall. They had people cued up to enter the hall as if they were feeding the homeless. They charged more than they quoted and wanted to know if we wanted to add “bottomless” mimosas or bloody marys to our menu. Gross. This was Thanksgiving. A simple glass of champagne would have been fine. We got our money back, high tailed it out of there, and went home and ate cheese and crackers.

We did the Thanksgiving Buffet and everything was delicious and plentiful. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The $30 bottomless mimosa/bloody Mary deal is really at best a break even proposition so buying individual drinks probably makes more sense the focus is the delicious food.

I always enjoyed Thanksgiving buffet at Bellevue, how ever this year they change the venue,from restaurant to grand ballroom,... it's the worst idea In my opinion ... it took out of the elegant and sophisticated ambiance. it is more like a mediocre wedding party with a standard catering company.

XIX produces a spectacular, sumptuous and delicious prix fixe Thanksgiving buffet in the Bellevue Hotel’s Grand Ballroom each year. There are serving stations including a Raw Bar, charcuterie, breads, roast beef, ham, salmon and of course turkey along with a huge variety of side dishes and a cleverly designed dessert station with miniature pies, parfaits, cheesecake and cookies. Accompanied by tasteful jazz piano and bass. Timed seating assures adequate servings and manageable lines. Bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys available plus a full cash bar. This was my first visit. It won’t be my last. Highly recommended!

Food took a very long time to come out and was room temperature when it arrived. Chicken and waffles was a waffle and three wings??- that is so weird. When check was brought, host rung it up for the wrong amount and never apologized. Server and ambiance was nice but that's where the experience began and ended. Food was mediocre and underwhelming, service was bad and very slow.

I have come here over and over again beyond the last decade and I just feel like the quality of food has decreased. I am not getting or feeling the VIP Dining experience that I usually get from coming here. The staff and waiter were excellent please keep them for forever but the food wasnt all that great. It lacked taste, seasoning and the right pairings.

We had a wonderful time! The food is outstanding(we ate it all!) and the architecture is stunning. The staff was polite and helpful, even opening the balcony so we could go outside to see the city. Considering it’s on the 19th floor, the view is amazing.
