First time in awhile and it's still a wonderful, leisurely and delicious meal.
My husband’s first time at a restaurant since pandemic restrictions were put in place
The food was outstanding. I got the Pork Shank. It reminded me of Pork Oso Bucco, my favorite dish, but better. I got it with green beans instead of mustard greens and a potato pancake. They were they best green beans I ever had. They cut the stems off the ends too. I prefer that! My girlfriend got salmon. She said it was the best salmon she ever had. She ate every last piece of it. This is very unusual as she had gastric sleeve surgery and never finishes her meal. I also heard about how good it was for the next two days.
Obviously we will be returning.
Very good meal as usual. We always enjoy a relaxing meal here.
My wife and I had our last meal before moving out of the area on Saturday evening with friends. We have always enjoyed dining at Yardley Inn for the ambience, food quality and exceptional service. We look forward to visiting again during the holdiays.
Met up with some old friends as this was midway. Service was phenomenal....I wish I could remember our waiters name. He was the only male server outside and was running his behind off, but he never stopped smiling! We will definitely be back!
My husband and I love the food, drinks and atmosphere at the Yardley Inn. The staff is so friendly and they take all Covid precautions seriously.
The Yardley Inn is the best place for get-togethers with friends! The food is delicious, atmosphere is cozy (can’t beat that window view of the river!), and the staff is always so friendly! I moved away from the Bucks County area about 15 years ago and any time I make a day trip back, I always come back to the Yardley Inn!
Love, love, love the Yardley Inn! Never had a bad meal. Friday night’s homemade short rib ravioli was delicious! Tables are spaced so felt safe dining indoors.
There is a reason why this place is always packed—consistently delicious and well-prepared meals and friendly service.
This is always our go-to place for special occasions...the food is always well-prepared and delicious...the ambiance is welcoming...and the view of the Delaware River is fabulous.
The ambiance, service and food are outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant
Excellent service; great view; awesome cocktails and a delightful meal,
Felt very safe outdoor dining in their tent. Food and service was great.
awesome as always
Great food, limited menu, it was just me and my wife, a little noisy
A local treasure. Has been our favorite since we moved to the area 9 years ago. Never disappoints.
We were seated in a large tent outdoors. It was extremely extremely noisy, to the point that we couldn't hear each other talking; So, basically decided to stay quiet, eat and leave. The other major issue was the cleanliness of the wine glasses. My wine glass smelled eggy and disgusting. I could not drink more than a couple of sips. I didn't ask for a clean glass of wine because I was not enjoying my time there at all, due to loud of volume of noise. I just wanted to finish my meal and leave.
The quality of food was good and our servers were great!
Excellent service and food. The staff is very friendly.
Our first time. After walking the Canal Trail we stopped in and were pleasantly surprised. Wonderful meal. Loved everything about this place. Sat in the Tavern Room by a window and it was perfect. Can’t wait to go back again.
Always enjoy the Yardley Inn setting. The Grieggstown Chicken Salad was interesting, but the sweet rolls that were served for the table were dried out; stale...and no butter was available.
Dinner with friends was good - sat outside since the weather was nice.
Lovely lunch!
A beautiful spot on the river! Great food and a casual atmosphere. One of PA's hidden gems!
Menu items were good but selection is a bit limited. Fabulous oysters.
Food cold. Waitress was good. Rest of experience was lousy.
Food was good, service was satisfactory. We were not rushed. Cocktails were overpriced.
Waiter was wonderful. Food was wonderful. Beautiful view by the window.
Excellent food and service once again. We had hangar steak and mahi mahi special. Consistently experience
Sat in the outdoor tent. Our Server, Michael was very attentive with good service.
I ordered the seared tuna - it did not have any taste at all - I covered it in soy sauce and salt to give it some taste. My kids had the pasta it was OK. My husband had the pork chop - it was burnt and fatty. The waitress was super nice. The view was spectacular. If you don't care about the actual food I would recommend - otherwise I would stay away.
Our waiter Napoleon was the absolute best! Service and food were both excellent! Location is adorable. Food came quickly despite being very busy for brunch. Espresso Martini was the best I ever had!
They have a very large outdoor tent that was spacious and allowed for good social distancing. We had soups that were exceptional- my chicken rice soup was so flavorful it was amazing. My friend had a very yummy steak and my crab cakes were good, but a little too mushy for me on the inside, and I prefer large pieces of crab rather than shredded crab with filling. The side of marinated beets with grapefruit was exceptionally good. We both enjoyed chocolate flourless cakes that were so rich and yummy. They allowed us to bring in our own bottle of wine as it was one they didn't offer, for a moderate corkage fee. Look forward to going back again, as the menu had many more dishes we wanted to try.
Delightful dinner with a nice view of The Delaware. Delicious salad and entree.
Had a wonderful late lunch on a Saturday afternoon! The social distancing is still being observed which is great when dining with older folks who are still awaiting a vaccine. The food is always perfectly prepared. I absolutely love the Devils on Horseback as an appetizer. I have Celiac Disease and every dish I have ever ordered has been good as I have never been "glutened" .
It was windy, and you can't help that, but even in the wind a musky watery smell was very apparent on the patio. In addition a loud party was lingering, madkless and talking over us as we tried to enjoy out appetizers. Not a single staff member said anything to them. Disappointed .
We had a delicious meal. The wait staff was very attentive.
The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The brussel sprout appetizer was delicious! It felt safe with the tables widely spaced. Porch seating was also available.
Through the pandemic, YI has provided a reliably safe dining environment, especially in the tent. The food is consistently good and the "tiers of taste" appetizer presentation is fun. Some new menu items would be welcome.
Beautiful day, ate outdoors.
