ZEST is the second venture for the owners of Grille 3501, an upscale casual restaurant which has sustained continued growth and success for over 20 years. Located on the 6th floor of the Gateway Building on the South Side of Bethlehem, ZEST has had the honor of being awarded the Lehigh Valley's favorite rooftop of 2021, favorite atmosphere of 2020, and favorite new restaurant of 2019.     Everything was excellent! The only comment would be on the potatoes with goat cheese, not as flavorful as I thought they would be. We’ll definitely be back!

    We celebrated anniversaries Iit was very enjoyable the staff was very efficient. We were given a glass of champagne to toast on the house for anniversary. It was very kind. Drinks were terrific and food was very good especially since two of us were vegans, and they were able to find something on the menu that they very much enjoyed would certainly come back.

    We got there a little early from opening and was greeted by a not so friendly person that let us know we were early. Very rude to say the least, and to top it off the food was just okay.

    We are from another city about 75 minutes away and had never been to Bethlehem before tonight. We had reservations at another (not to be named place). Upon showing up at the other place they had a sign on the door that they were closed. We did a quick search and found reservations at Zest. We were happy that the other place was closed. Everything was perfect. Parking was attached and they validated. The atmosphere is very cozy. Our waitress Hannah D. Was phenomenal and on point with every recommendation, drinks, appetizers, meals, and dessert drinks. The view is a bonus. Food and drinks are a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. We will definitely return to Bethlehem and Zest. Hannah D. Thank you.

    Great location and view of Bethlehem, and the food is very good. The price point on some items just is too high honestly. I’ve had dishes they offer at other restaurants in the Lehigh Valley that are done much better, you get more food, and at a cheaper price point. I don’t mind spending money on food, but when other places are doing it better and at a lower cost you gotta wonder….

    Diner selection was excellent. We had the filet and reserve pork chop which were outstanding. Our server Stefan was polite and on top of everything. First time dinning at Zest and we’ll definitely be going again!

    We had dinner at Zest before a concert so we ate earlier than usual. Our server Carol was friendly and greeted us with a huge smile and told us about the specials. We ordered and our food was very good. I had the short rib which was so tender I didn't need a knife to cut it. My significant other had the butcher's cut which was steak, cooked just the way he likes it and he said it was delicious. We shared a decadent chocolate fudge dessert with coffee. All in all everything tasted very good and our Carol checked on us often. She is definitely an asset and when we return for another meal we will ask to have her serve us again.

    We had a great evening at Zest!! Our server Tanner was fantastic! I have celiac and was provided with a Gluten Free menu, which had so many great options. Our dinner was so good! We’ll definitely be back!! Thank you!

    This has been my 2nd visit to Zest for a meal. I want to love this place, as the ambience is wonderful, and the service has also been fantastic - both at the bar - and at the table; however, the entrees have been lackluster for the price. This last time - actually inedible, due to the extreme oversalting of both my husband's and my meals (hanger steak special and scallops). Portion size also was on the small side, and lukewarm on arrival. The wine list is minimal, although the cocktails were wonderful - and the bartender and table server were both fantastic. Appetizers (bone marrow, chicken dumplings and beet salad) were also tasty - but the overall experience really just wasn't worth the $200+ bill, in my opinion. If I do return, I will stick to drinks and apps.

    We arrived in the peak hours , we were placed towards the back of the restaurant near where the food and beverages were disposed . Not the best ambience. The food portions were small compared to the high value of each meal. Overall it was okay, the best part is the ambiance and view.

    Solid experience. Our server was lovely and prompt. Drinks were super yummy and the venue is lovely. The food was good but not great. Both me and my guest found our sauces ( chicken and pork) just a bit too salty. Overall the meal was good and appetizers even better. This was a good visit so we will be back.

    Wonderful food and outstanding service from Carol! I scratched my arm and it was bleeding slightly. Carol noticed it and went above & beyond to get me antiseptic wipes, gauze and bandages. She also was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. This was our first visit to Zest and we will be back soon.
