Make reservations at 10 or later nobody is usually there before then. Decent service. Once it got packed it was a lot harder to get served but they did the best they could given the crowd. Music was great all positive vibes. Would definitely go back!
The staff is so friendly and amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is attended to. The food is warm and yummy, I got a sandwich and my friend got a salad. The music, hookah, and ambience was also great and energetic. I will definitely be coming back and recommending ZK lounge to friends! I am so glad kutztown got a place like this!!
Nice location, nice music, nice setup, terrible customer service. Management is very poor, and the place is very unorganized. There claims to be a $5 entry fee at the door but the bouncer let me and my party of 10 females in for free. We get into the lounge and the manager threatens to kick us out if we don’t pay.. shouldn’t that be something to confront the bouncer about? The manager then takes me and my friend outside of the lounge to have a scream match about who’s right and who’s wrong. How unprofessional? In what world does the customer take the blame for an employees mistake? The manager continued to scream at us for not paying before getting in but is that not the bouncers fault? What is he at the door for? The bouncer should get in trouble for letting people in for free, not the customers. It’s not our job, we don’t work there. Terrible customer service and I will not be attending again.
