Been here a couple dozen times by now, and the food and service are always exceptional. Probably not the cheapest place around, but well worth it.
Was here about 10-12 years ago and it was ok. So I figured let me try again after all the time that has past It was going to be better then remembered. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful the decor is perfect and overall ambiance was perfect. Service was very good and the waitress was friendly. To start the drinks weren’t up to par with anticipation, one of the drinks was supposed to have muddled orange; it did not. The other drink came with a toasted coconut rim but the toasted coconut had burnt pieces and the burnt taste ruined the drink. The salad was ok but a little to cold for my liking, should be chilled but not ice cold. The dinner I had was fantastic and very flavorful, the other entree we ordered had very small pieces of seafood and had a very fishy taste. Overall I wanted to love this place as it is close and we constantly hear great things. Unfortunately for us I think it might be another 10 years before returning.

Above-average bread basket. The lasagna was outstanding. I have been searching for decent lasagna and finally found a satisfying one. I loved that the ricotta was creamy and not gritty like in many places. I just wish there was a salad with the meal so I could feel there's more value. But everything was great, the service attentive. Will be back!
Very crowded during a pandemic. Food was OK and service was OK. The food simply doesn't match up to other high end Italian restaurants on Long Island.

Excellent food and ambience. Many Gluten Free Ootions
The restaurant claims they are Gluten Free. A member of our party has celiac disease. She informed the waitress that she had it. While she was eating, she noticed a piece of pasta that was not gluten free in her meal. She spoke to the manager who was very kind and apologetic. She asked for some of the meal to be wrapped up so she could take it home to test it for gluten. To her dismay and disgust, ALL of the pasta in the meal was NOT gluten free. This was extremely disappointing. A restaurant should not advertise gluten free if they cannot guarantee that their gluten free patrons will be safe.
Anthony, our server, was excellent. Very personable and offered up a lot of laughs.
This is our favorite place to go on date night. The food is always delicious (I always get my favorite-rigatoni al forno but my husband likes to switch it up and is never disappointed with his picks). The service is great as well

We have been there many times and this was our second time that we were disappointed. We were ignored at the reception desk. Our reservation was made well in advance and we were shoved in a corner. Our table was never checked on for refills of drinks or water. Both our meals were cold. My cappuccino was even served plain, no plate with the biscuit.
I have never had a bad meal here. I love this restaurant. Roger and the crew at Ragazzi are wonderful. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food is really really good
As always we have an amazing time. I took my mom & children there for Valentine’s Day. Everyone had a great time, the food was delicious as always. I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff was friendly and we always feel soo welcomed when we go.

The waitress was extremely pushy , we kept telling her we needed more time to look at the menu and two seconds later she would be back at our table asking us to order. I also found multiple pieces of cartilage in the chopped meat inside my lasagna rolls which turned me off. If it didn’t have the meat at all it would’ve been 100% the best!
