Awful. steak was way undercooked (essentially raw), sent back and came back well done. Not worth the price tag. Bacon and octopus were terrible as well. Glasses, silverware, and plates were filthy. Manager did comp a dessert and Drinks which were appreciated

very good experience for our first time. it was a little loud where we were sitting but only because there was a big party, but i would definitely go again.

The St. Louis style ribs are delicious! Would absolutely order again.

I loved my app I got the octopus which I always good. My dinner on the other hand was not great I got the stuffed shrimp it literally tasted like nothing and the drinks are never good.

Sat outside it was warm. With heaters above the tables. Staff was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious as always. Never felt rushed. It was a relaxed dinner quiet and enjoyable.

Waited almost half hour for round of drinks on a weekday. Waited almost 20 minutes for creamer to go with coffee and coffee had to be sent back...cold. Very disappointed in the attentiveness of the wait staff. The food though was exceptional. We had to track down the manager twice due to service delays which are stated above.

The experience was outstanding one year anniversary myself and my girlfriend had a unbelievable dinner in an outstanding chest to die for a chocolate cake afterwards!!!Definitely will be returning to this restaurant overall experience was unbelievable!! Delicious

We loved the Speakeasy floor and the private room we had for Birthday Celebration.
The cowboy steaks were huge and delicious and loved the variety of the sides you have offered.

Our waiter was kind, attentive and respectful of our time. The food was great, overall experience was awesome!

The place was very cold in appearance and atmosphere. The gentlemen who greeted us at the front door was very welcoming we let him know we where dining with them for the first time he seemed very interested in that fact. It went down hill pretty much from that point. The hostess took us to a table died in front of the kitchen door. I know its Covid time and you can't be to fussy with your table but she didn't even show any warmth toward us she never told us to enjoy our evening. It seemed to be a bother just for her to seat us. Now its Friday evening 7:15 PM prime restaurant time she should be on the ball. Server was bad the food was no good. The only bright light of the whole evening was the pizza we had as an appetizer. The best part of the night was the 50 minute ride me and my wife took to get to rails. Over rated!

Second time visiting - food and service is amazing!

We sat in the main dining room with the fireplace and bar. The dinner was very good and the filet Mignon was outstanding. We will go back and in fact made reservations agin for next week with friends. The dining room was a little noisy and would prefer next time to be in another dining area.

Food was very good. Service was great. Atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. My steak was a bit overdone at medium and creme brulee was unusual; but overall, would absolutely go back and would recommend.

Every time we come here, we always have some of the best food and the best service. Appreciate you all!

The only real issue was that I head to return both cocktails I ordered. The second was a Negroni. I née understand how anyone could get that wrong. It was so watered down.

Valentines Day Feb 14,2021. highly disappointed for a special day. was rushed and my Steak dinner with side were not even luke warm when it came out. Had to be sent back to heat up. Felt like i was rushed to eat and get out so table can be used again. Very Very disappointed for how much i spent on meal. don't know if i would go back again.

AWESOME service and food as always.

Hostess screwed up seating, gave my table for 4 away to a party 2 inside the main room. And she was visibly upset when I asked her if she made a mistake. Next thing I know I’m sitting in the very last table of the makeshift dinning room in the bar. Oh don’t forget about the JBL pulse that was the music playing and a waitress had to keep going back to a phone because it was Pandora playing with ads lol it was a one of a kind experience at Rails. I’m not sure how to feel. I’ve been here plenty of times and never had to deal with that. I would have rather say on the freezing cold patio than what we had to deal with! Waiter service was exceptional and food was great as always. I just know this situation could have been handled very differently, I didn’t make a fuss or anything, I just sat and ate my dinner in the closet. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Valentines Day

It’s was great! We really enjoyed ourselves.

My girlfriend and I came here for our annual Valentine’s Day dinner and the restaurant did not disappoint. The food, the service, the ambiance, everything was perfect. We ordered the cowboy steak, 12 Oz filet mignon, lobster mashed potatoes and the double stuffed baked potato. Everything was fantastic! However, my only concern is the steaks were not properly cooked, my steak came out extremely rare when ordered cooked medium, and my girlfriend’s steak came out medium rare when ordered well done. Not a deal breaker but definitely will make you think twice when ordering steak again. Overall great experience just that little hiccup.

Amazing! I will definitely be going back. This is perfect for a date night or special occasion. The white sangria was so good. The lamb chops were perfect! I can’t wait to go back.

It was an excellent way to celebrate our twins 17th birthday. We were comfortable having 8 people together at Rails, and they were very careful with COVID-19 protocol.
